RECIPE Roasted Sesame Dressing
I love Japanese sesame dressing so I thought of making. This is a version of Japanese Cooking 101's recipe. I replaced Japanese mayo with regular mayo and rice wine vinegar to regular white vinegar. This is a nutty and creamy dressing perfect for vegetable salad or even for fried and grilled meat.
1. In a pan, dry roast sesame seeds while stirring constantly. Wait until it turns light brown. When done, transfer to mortar and pound and grind until it becomes a coarse powder. 2. Then mix everything together until well incorporated. Adjust seasoning according to taste. 3. Enjoy with a salad or fried and grilled meat.
This rich, creamy and nutty roasted sesame dressing is best paired with your salad, sushi , noodles and many more. Simple recipe that will make a big difference in your dish.
