6 Lb Boneless Pork Shoulder/Pork Butt
2 Tsp fennel seeds
3 Tsp Kosher salt (Recommended)
1 ½ Tsp black pepper or more
2 Tbsp Olive oil
1 Large Onion
6 Garlic Cloves
2 Large Carrots
2 Cups Stock/Broth (Veggie or Beef)/Dry White Wine
HOW TO MAKE TASTY HOMEMADE GRAVY
Ingredients:
Roast Vegetables from the Roast Pork (Onion, Garlic and Carrot)
½ Tbsp Beef Better Than Bouillion/Beef Paste
1 Packet Brown Gravy Mix
¼ Tsp Black Pepper (To Taste)

Hola Amig@s como estan?. En El video de hoy les muestro como hice Este Deliciosas pan llamado Pan de Costra Cubana. Es muy parecido al estilo Pan Frances. Por fin Corte El cesped del patio trasero. Pan de Costra Cubana
Ingredientes:
1 1/2 Tazas de Agua
2 tsp (cucharita chica de 5ml) de azucar
1 tsp de sal
3 1/2 Tazas de Harina para pan
(puedes usar harina comun, pero tendras que revisar la cantidad de agua)
2 1/2 tsp de levadura para pan.
Procedimiento:
Hidratar la levadura con 5 cucharadas de Agua y una cucharadita de azucar (tomadas de la receta) poner en la batidora (perfectamente lo puedes hacer a Mano)
poner la harina, la sal y la Otra cucharadita de azucar integrar Bien. Agregar la levadura ya hidratada, lo empezamos a mezclar a velocidad Baja, Poco a Poco se agrega El Agua cuidando de no pasarnos para no alterar la receta. Batir muy Bien hasta que la masa se despegue de los bordes. Dejar reposar hasta que duplique se tamaño. ponchar y envolver como SE Ve en el video. Dejar levar por segunda vez. Divider la masa y darle la forma deseada al Pan. precalentar El horno y una vez levada hornear por 30 a 35 min a temperature alta 400 grados farenheit o 230 grados centigrados. una vez horneados ponerlos en una rejilla y taparlos con un trapito para que conserven su humedad.
