I Make The Easiest Bread With No Yeast And No Knead
How to make a quick and easy soft bread without yeast, without egg and without butter. And this is a no knead bread recipe ready in minutes. So easy and has simple ingredients that you can find in the pantry. I'm so excited to share this yummy and filling kind of bread to all of you. If you ran out of yeast, then this is the perfect recipe for you.
Here's what you'll need:
1 cup milk (240ml)
1/4 cup olive oil (60ml) or canola oil, sunflower oil or melted butter
3 tbsps sugar (45g)
1 tsp salt (5g)
1 tbsp baking powder (15g)
2 and 1/2 cups all purpose flour (320g)
Note:
--This can be a vegan recipe. You can use any milk you like.
--You can use almond flour instead of all purpose flour for a low carb bread.
--Baking time will depend on your oven's specs. Please adjust accordingly.

The BEST Ahi Tuna EVER MADE? | EASY and QUICK | Fat Finger Foods
Perfectly cooked 1-minute ahi tuna steaks...is this best-grilled tuna I've EVER made??

Recipe:
One Ahi Tuna Steak ????
Salt and Pepper to taste????
2 TBs of butter
2 garlic cloves
1. Coat all sides of Ahi Tuna Steak with Salt and Pepper to taste (I like mine heavier on the pepper)
2. Grill on high heat for one minute then rotate the same side 45 degrees to get your sear marks
3. Turn Steak on the side to get about 20-30 seconds of heat on each of the sides
4. Finish for one minute on the ungrilled side of the steak and baste with roasted garlic butter as soon as you flip
5. Let rest for 2-3 minutes and then slice according to your preference
6. Top with one tablespoon of soy sauce and sesame oil each and then garnish with green onions and wasabi on the side.
7. Enjoy it and don't share with anyone ????

CRUSTLESS QUICHE RECIPE
(makes 8 slices)
Ingredients:
1/2 cup red bell pepper, finely chopped (75g)
1/2 cup green onions, finely chopped (50g)
1/2 cup sweet potato, grated (75g)
1 cup cheddar cheese, grated, or any other melting cheese (100g)
5 eggs
1 cup cottage cheese (225g)
1/2 cup milk (120ml)
1 tsp mustard
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
1/4 cup ground oats, or oat flour (25g)
NUTRITIONAL INFO (per slice):
158 calories, fat 8.6g, carb 7.9g, protein 12.3g
Preparation:
In a greased pan pan (I use 8-inch or 20cm cast iron skillet) layer down all the veggies and sprinkle with grated cheddar cheese.
In a blender add 5 eggs, cottage cheese, milk, mustard, salt, black pepper, ground nutmeg and ground oats. Blend until really smooth.
Pour the mixture over the veggies and move around with a fork to evenly distrubute the filling.
Bake in a preheated oven at 350F (180C) for 35 minutes.
Let it cool for 20 minutes, then slice into 8 equal pieces.
Serve and enjoy!
