Crockpot Swedish Meatballs Simple and Easy Recipe
Some are losing their mind because I used the handle of the utensil I stirred with. It isn't that big of a deal as long as it gets stirred what does it matter... SMH ????♀️ It still turned out good no matter how it's stirred. Good grief.
Crockpot Swedish Meatballs:
I am not a chef just a home cook. I will be making simple and easy recipes.
I grew up on garden food and southern home cooking. I will be sharing some recipes that my Momma made and other family recipes and things I made for my family when my kids were growing up. I also look for new things to make from other channels and online sites and will make it and give it a try.
John 3:16 For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.
If you have a YouTube channel and make any of my recipes especially those I say are family recipes I ask you to tell where you got the recipe from and not pass it off as your own. I always give shoutouts if I try a recipe from another YouTube channel..it is only right to do so.
I DO NOT SUB FOR A SUB SO DO NOT ASK. ANY COMMENTS LIKE THAT WILL BE DELETED AND BLOCKED.

Creamy Slow Cooker Swedish Meatballs
In this video, I make some incredible slow cooker Swedish meatballs that taste absolutely amazing. They go perfectly with a side of mashed potato and either some lingonberry jelly or cranberry sauce.

If you end up with some leftovers make sure you store them in either a fridge or freezer. Whenever you’re hungry simply reheat them in either a microwave or in a hot pan. Avoid reheating food in the slow cooker as it can be dangerous.
Potato mash works perfectly with this dish and if you have multiple slow cookers then you can cook it alongside this dish. This way you will have fresh mash and meatballs ready for when you go to sit down for dinner.
There are quite a few ingredients required for these Swedish meatballs, if you need a list of all of the ingredients then you can find one right below.
Meatballs
250g (9 oz.) ground pork
250g (9 oz) ground beef
1 onion, finely diced
1 tsp. garlic, crushed
1 cup breadcrumbs
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon allspice
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 tsp. salt
Pinch of pepper
Sauce
2 cups beef stock
1 cup heavy cream
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
To Thicken
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
¼ cup cream
One thing you’re able to do if you’re running low on time is to skip making the meatballs. This in my opinion will degrade the quality of the dish but frozen meatballs will still work pretty well. You can get some frozen Swedish meatballs at any good supermarket.
Make sure you thicken the sauce with some cornstarch otherwise you will find that it will be incredibly runny. If it doesn’t end up thick enough for you then try adjusting the amount of cornstarch you add.
That’s all I have to say for these slow cooker Swedish meatballs. I really hope that you enjoy this recipe as much as I did. If you have any feedback, tips, or anything else related to the recipe then be sure to leave a comment below or over at slowcookingperfected.com
