How To make Creamy Creole Turkey Bake

mushrooms, sliced
1/2
cup
onions, chopped
1/2
cup
bell peppers, chopped
2
stalks
celery, sliced
1
clove
garlic, minced
1/2
teaspoon
olive oil
4
ounces
cream cheese, fat-free, softened
14 1/2
ounces
tomatoes, crushed
1 1/2
teaspoons
creole seasoning
4
ounces
fettucine, cooked
2
cups
turkey, light meat, skinless, cooked and cubed
1/4
cup
parmesan cheese, fat-free
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325. Prepare an 8 inch square baking pan with cooking spray and set aside.
In a skillet, over medium heat, cook mushrooms, onions, celery, bell peppers, and garlic in oil until all is tender.
In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, crushed tomatoes, and creole seasoning. Fold in vegetable mixture, cooked fettucine, and turkey.
Pour mixture into prepared pan. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Bake for 30 minutes or until
bubbly.

cajun seasoning season to taste
onion powder season to taste
garlic powder season to taste
smoked paprika season to taste
black pepper season to taste
4 andouille sausage
bell peppers 1/2 red, and 1/2 green
1 onion diced small/medium
4 garlic cloves minced
1/2 tbsp chicken bouillon
1/2 cup water
1 - 1 1/2 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
parsley
Add garlic powder to shrimp, cajun seasoning, smoked paprika, black pepper, oil and combine.
Add oil and sear shrimp, cooking all the way through.
Using the same pan, add oil, onions, bell peppers, and saute until fragrant.
Add sausages and, combine. Cook until brown.
Add chopped garlic and combine and saute for about 1 minute.
Add broth and combine.
Add heavy cream and combine.
Add extra cajun seasoning if necessary.
Add smoked paprika and combine.
Add parmesan cheese and combine.
Add a small amount of shrimp back to the sauce.
Add pasta, shrimp and, parsley.

1 box Penne Pasta
4 cloves minced garlic or garlic paste
3 Tbsp unsalted butter, divided
2 tsp tomato paste
1/2 cup chicken broth
2 cups heavy cream, more if you like extra sauce
1/2 cup freshly chopped parsley
3|4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Juice of 1/2 lemon
Green onion, sliced (for garnish)
Tomato, diced (for garnish)

Join me in the kitchen as we whip up a delicious Creamy Cajun Turkey Fettuccine Alfredo!

INGREDIENTS (affiliate):
➣ 1 lb Тurkey Breast
➣ 1 tsp Cajun Seasoning
➣ ½ Red Bell Pepper
➣ ½ Green Bell Pepper
➣ ½ Onion
➣ 6 oz mushrooms, sliced
➣ ⅓ cup parsley
➣ 2 tbsp Olive oil
➣ 2 tbsp butter
➣ 1 tsp Garlic Powder
➣ 1 tsp Onion Powder
➣ 1 tsp Paprika
➣ ½ tsp cayenne pepper
➣ 1 tsp thyme
➣ 1/3 cup dry white wine
➣ 2 cup chicken broth
➣ 1/2 cup sour cream
➣ 16 Ounce Fettuccine
➣ 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese
Instructions:
Start by boiling 16 ounces of fettuccine until al dente.
Cut 1 lb of turkey breast into bite-sized pieces and coat them with 1 tsp of Cajun Seasoning.
In a skillet, heat 2 tbsp of olive oil and sauté the seasoned turkey until golden. Set aside.
In the same skillet, add 2 tbsp of butter and sauté half a chopped onion, sliced red and green bell peppers, and 6 oz of sliced mushrooms.
Season with 1 tsp each of garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper, and 1 tsp thyme. Add salt to taste. Pour in 1/3 cup of white wine, 2 cups of chicken broth, and 1/2 cup of heavy cream. Simmer on medium heat for 15-20 minutes.
Combine the cooked turkey, chopped parsley, and al dente fettuccine in the skillet.
Mix everything together, then plate the dish and garnish with Parmesan cheese.
