This chicken and stuffing bake isn't anything fancy but it's certainly delicious and a way to use up any leftover chicken or turkey you may have on hand.
I find that while the original calls for boxed stuffing mix, using homemade tastes so much better! Make your own cream of chicken soup and boost the flavor to a whole new level!

Freezer Banking Chicken Divan ~ Noreen's Kitchen
I had an opportunity to help a friend help another friend. My friend Nikki, wanted to take a meal or two to a friend who works with her husband. You see his wife was going through some health issues and they were going back and forth to the doctor. Nikki wanted them to have a hot, home cooked meal that they did not have to work for. She asked me if she could pay me to make her the casserole I made for her family after her surgery last year. I told her I wasn't taking her money and that if she brought me the ingredients, I would make them for her.
I made one recipe of Chicken divan and divided it up into two smaller casseroles and prepped them for the freezer. One for them to eat that evening, and one for them the freeze for later.
Here I share with you how I did that. I think this is an excellent dish to make for your Easter supper and I also love this dish made fresh and not leftover. So having one or two in the freezer is an awesome way to take the stress off of a busy day.
I hope you give this method of freezer banking chicken divan a try and I hope you love it!
Happy Eating!
