How To make Creamy Chocolate Cheesecake
1 c Finely crushed pretzels
-- (salted or unsalted) 1 tb Sugar
1/3 c Butter or margarine; melted
16 oz Cream cheese; softened
1 c Sugar
1/3 c European Style Cocoa
-(Hershey's) 2 Eggs
1 c Dairy sour cream
2 ts Vanilla extract
Heat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. In medium bowl, stir together crushed pretzels, 1 tablespoon sugar and butter. Press mixture onto bottom of 9-inch springform pan. Bake 8 minutes; cool slightly. In large mixer bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth and creamy. Gradually beat in 1 cup sugar and cocoa. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each
addition. Stir in sour cream and vanilla; blend well. Pour batter over crust. Bake 35 minutes. Turn off oven; leave cheesecake in oven 20 minutes without opening door. Remove from oven. With knife, loosen cake from side of pan. Cool completely; remove side of pan. Cover; refrigerate. Garnish as desired. Cover; refrigerate leftover cheesecake. 10 to 12 servings.
Creamy Chocolate Cheesecake Squares Double ingredients above for pretzel crust. Press mixture firmly on bottom of buttered 13x9x2-inch baking pan. Bake as directed. Prepare cheesecake using recipe above. Bake 35 minutes or until edges are set (edges may crack slightly). Remove from oven. Cool completely in pan on wire rack. Cover; refrigerate. Ingredients:
For making chocolate layer
• 24 Pieces Chocolate Biscuits
• 50 Gr Butter
For making cream cheese
• 1 Litter Milk
• 1½ Tbsp Vinegar
• ¼ Cup Water
For Chocolate Cream Cheese Mixture
• 150 Ml Whipping Cream
• 50 Gm Dark Chocolate
• 100 Gm Cream Cheese
• 3 Tbsp Sugar Powder
• 1 Tsp Vanilla Essence

No-Bake Chocolate Cheesecake Recipe (Without Gelatin)
New no-bake cheesecake recipe and for this time: No-bake chocolate cheesecake (without gelatin). This cake is super creamy, rich, chocolaty, delicate and very easy to make. Special cheesecake recipe for chocolate lovers.

Ingredients:
For the crust:
200g (7oz) Oreo cookies
1/4 cup (60g) butter, melted
For the filling:
2 cups (450g) Full fat Cream cheese, room temperature
9oz (250g) Dark chocolate
1 cup (240ml) Heavy cream
2/3 cup (83g) Powdered sugar
1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
For the ganache:
140g (5oz) milk chocolate
1/2 cup (120ml) Heavy cream
Directions:
1. To make the crust: In a food processor or a Ziploc bag, crush Oreo cookies into fine crumbs. Add melted butter and pulse until combined. Press into bottom of 8-inch (20cm) springform pan. Refrigerate while making the filling.
2. Chop the chocolate, melt in the microwave in 30 second pulses or over a double boiler.
3. In a large bowl beat cream cheese, powdered sugar and vanilla extract until smooth, add melted chocolate beat until combined and smooth.
4. In a separate bowl whip heavy cream to medium peaks. Gradually fold into the cheesecake mixture.
5. Pour the filling into the pan. Place in the freezer while making the topping.
6. Chop the chocolate, place in a large bowl. In a saucepan bring the heavy cream to a simmer. Pour over the chocolate. Let sit for 1-2 minutes. Stir until smooth. Pour over the cheesecake.
7. Refrigerate for at least 6 hours.
