Ingredients (for 4 servings)
- 700g Cubed Chicken Breast
- 4 Garlic Cloves Minced or 1 tbsp Garlic Powder
- 2 tsp Dried Basil
- 1 tsp Chilli Flakes
- 2 tsp Salt
- 2 tsp Smoked Paprika
- 3 tsp Olive Oil
- 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes
- 1 cup Spinach
Creamy Sauce
- 350ml Low Fat Milk
- 150g Light Cream Cheese (Brand: Philadelphia)
- 40g Grated Parmesan
- 60-70g Tomato Paste
- 1 tsp Basil
- Optional add salt
Serve with
- 140g Cooked Basmati Rice seasoned with Mixed herbs and salt

Important cooking notes
- After cooking the chicken for 4 mins, lower the heat completely before adding the creamy sauce. Will prevent the sauce from splitting
- Cover and simmer for 5-7 mins till the sauce thickens, the spinach has wilted and the tomatoes have soften

INGREDIENTS
6 bone in skin on chicken thighs
salt and pepper to taste
2 tsp paprika
2 tsp dried basil
2 tsp dried thyme
2 tsp dried rosemary
olive oil
2 Tbs butter
1 large onion, minced
5 huge cloves of garlic
2 Tbs flour
1 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup whole milk
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
2 little cubes of chicken bouillon
1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
1/4 cup of fresh parsley chopped
Bake at 400F for 45 minutes or until chicken has internal temperature of 175 F

Recipe With Step by Step Instructions:-
Ingredients:-
250g linguine pasta
1/2 tbsp salt
1 tbsp olive oil
500g chicken fillet cut in pieces
4 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp garlic paste
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp paprika powder
1/4 cup olive oil
60g butter
1 large onion, chopped
3-4 cloves of fresh garlic chopped
250g white mushroom sliced
1 tbsp chicken stock powder
1/2 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp thyme
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp salt
2 & 1/2 cups cream
1/2 cup pasta water
60g butter
2 tbsp all purpose flour
2 & 1/2 cups milk
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
Boil 250g linguine pasta with 1/2 tbsp salt & 1 tbsp olive oil (the oil helps to keep the pasta from sticking together after cooking!)
Reserve 1/2 cup water from the pasta, set aside
Marinate 500g chicken fillet pieces, with 3 tbsp olive oil, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp onion powder, 1 tsp black pepper (crushed), 1 tbsp garlic paste, 1 tsp oregano, 1 tsp paprika powder
In a pan add 1/4 cup olive oil, fry the marinated chicken on medium high heat until golden brown, remove the chicken pieces, and set aside
In the same pan, add 60g butter and 1 large onion, finely chopped
Add 3-4 cloves of fresh garlic chopped, sauté the onions & garlic
Add 250g white mushroom sliced, sauté until golden brown & tender
Add 1 tbsp chicken stock powder, 1/2 tsp oregano, 1/2 tsp thyme, 1 tsp black pepper, 1 tsp salt, 600ml cream, 1/2 cup pasta water, stir together
Add the cooked chicken to the mushroom sauce, gently mix & set aside
Make a béchamel sauce. Add in a pot, 60g butter, 2 tbsp all purpose flour, 2 cups milk, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp black pepper, stir until the mixture thickens, then add it to the mushroom & chicken sauce, stir & simmer
Add the cooked linguine pasta, toss together and simmer again covered for a few minutes, garnish with chopped parsley or coriander. Enjoy! ????
