This Cranberry Muffins recipe is easy-to-follow, healthy, and wholesome. So why not give it a try? You can make it using fresh or frozen cranberries .Cranberry Muffins are the perfect addition to your morning routine or for a fun afternoon snack.It is super moist ,light and deliciously oozing with its sweet-tangy flavor.
Ingredients:
2 cups all purpose flour
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup vegetable oil
3/4 cup milk
2 eggs
1 1/ tsp. almond extract
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp.baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 cups frozen or fresh cranberries
vanilla sugar (for toppings)
Procedure:
1. Preheat oven to 175C (350F).Line muffin pan with muffin liners.
2.Whisk flour, sugar,baking powder, baking soda and salt.
3.Add the milk,vegetable oil, eggs,and almond extract, and whisk everything until well blended
4.Add the cranberries and fold to combine.
5.Divide the batter into the muffin pan evenly and top with vanilla sugar.
6.Bake for 25 mins.
7.Allow to cool down in the muffin pan before removing and transferring to a wire rack to completely cool.

Hi everyone!! This week we are starting fall off right with some yummy pumpkin cranberry protein muffins! These little suckers are super moist and full of flavor! I promise they won't disappoint! What is great about these is that they are a complete meal and perfect for days when you are in a hurry or don't feel like making anything! Ingredients:
2 1/2 cups rolled oats
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 cup canned pumpkin (not pie filling)
1/2 cup vanilla whey protein powder (I like Protizyme's)
1/4 cup stevia
1/4 cup dried cranberries
2 large eggs
1 tbsp baking powder
1 1/2 tbsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp cloves
1/4 tsp nutmeg
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375.
2. Add eggs and whisk. Add pumpkin and almond milk and combine. Add oats, protein powder, stevia, baking powder, cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg and cranberries. Mix until fully combined.
3. Take a muffin baking pan and fill with baking cups. Fill each muffin cup 3/4 full with muffin mixture.
4. Bake for 20 mins or until toothpick comes out clean.
Makes 12 Muffins; 2 per serving!

For Orange Muffins:
2 cups (240gm) all-purpose flour
1½ tsp baking powder
½ tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
⅓ cup (80ml) oil (sunflower, canola, or vegetable)
¾ cup (150gm) granulated sugar
¾ cup (180gm) sour cream or yogurt
½ cup (120ml) fresh orange juice
¼ cup (60ml) milk
1 tbsp orange zest
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
1 tsp orange extract (optional)
For Orange Glaze:
½ cup (50gm) icing sugar
2-3 tsp orange juice
A small pinch of salt

Cranberry Orange Muffins
2 scoops Baked Goods Mix
2 scoops Orange Cream Formula 1 -
1/3 cup water
1 Tbsp Cranberry or Mandarin Aloe (or water)
1 whole egg
1 Tbsp Dried Cranberries, chopped
Mix all together, divide into 3 muffin tins.

Orange Muffins
I made some orange muffins this evening. But I did not have a muffin pan, so I just baked it in a loaf pan. I just put all the ingredients in and it turned out so fine and tasted just great.
Orange Muffins
2 cups all purpose flour
2 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 cup while sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon orange zest
2/3 cup orange juice
1/2 cup grounded walnut
1 tablespoon melte butter
2 eggs
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Combine flour, baking powder, salt sugar and grated orange peel. Stir in orange juice, 1/2 cup melted butter, eggs and chopped nuts.
Pour in to 12 muffins cups
Blend 1 tablespoon melted margarine, 1/4 cup brown sugar, 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon and sprinkleon top of each muffin. Bke in preheated 350 degrees oven for 20-25 minutes. Serve hot

Add 13/4 cups semi-sweet or
bittersweet chocolate chips
ORANGE CRANBERRY
add 3 teaspoons orange zest
and 1 3/4 cups fresh cranberries
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Butter muffin pans or line with paper liners. Combine flour, baking powder, salt and sugar in a bowl. Set aside.
Attach flat beater to KitchenAid® Stand Mixer. Add eggs, milk and melted butter to mixer bowl, turn to Stir speed and mix until well blended, about 1 to 2 minutes. Add flour mixture, turn to Stir speed and mix 10 to 15 seconds or until JUST blended, do not over mix. Add optional mix-in ingredients, if using. Batter will be lumpy.
Spoon batter into muffin pans, filling each cup about 2⁄3 full. Bake 18 to 20 minutes until golden brown and toothpick comes out clean.
