How To make Cranberry Dried Chocolate Oatmeal Cookies
2 c Cranberries*,; dried
2 c Unbleached flour
1 ts Salt
1 ts Baking soda
6 c Rolled oats
2 pk Semisweet chocolate chips;
-(12 oz 2 c Brown sugar packed
1 c Granulated sugar
1 1/2 c Margarine; softened
2 Egg whites; whipped
1/2 c Water
2 ts Vanilla
Preheat oven at 350. Prepare a baking sheet with cooking spray. In a mixing bowl, combine cranberries, flour, salt, baking soda, oats, chocolate chips, and sugars. In another mixing bowl, combine margarine, egg whites, water, and vanilla. Mix dry ingredients with wet ingredients just until moistened. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls about 2" apart on a prepared baking sheet. Press top of each cookie lightly with finger to spread slightly. Bake for 17 minutes. 48 servings. *Not recommended for fresh or frozen cranberries. -----

Cranberry Oatmeal Cookies Recipe | The Sweetest Journey
Learn how to make oatmeal cookies with the sweet addition of cranberries.
Ingredients:
3/4 Cup Old Fashioned Oats (60g)
3/4 Cup All Purpose Flour (105g)
1/2 Teaspoon Baking Soda (2.5g)
1/3 Cup Butter or Margarine (67g)
1/3 Cup Brown Sugar (70g)
1 Egg
1 Cup Dried Cranberries (160g)
Directions:
1. In one bowl, whisk together the oats, flour, and baking soda. Set aside.
2. In another bowl, cream together the sugar and butter until light and fluffy. Add the egg and mix until well combined. Add the dry ingredients to the creamed mixture in two additions, mixing well after each. Fold in the dried cranberries.
3. Measure the batter for each cookie using a round teaspoon and place on a lined baking sheet. Bake at 375°F for 10 minutes or until cookies are golden brown. Let cool completely on a wire rack.

CRANBERRY WHITE CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES
Hello! Try to cook unreal delicious and very easy to cook cookies with cranberries and white chocolate. The cookies are very sweet and soft. Great for coffee and tea)))
INGREDIENTS:
80g unsalted butter softened
100g granulated sugar
100g brown sugar
1 large egg
2 tbsp cream
1 tsp vanilla extract
250g all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
100g dried cranberries
100g white chocolate, chopped
COOKING METHOD:
1. Beat butter with sugar.
2. Add the egg, cream, and vanilla extract, beat.
3. Pour flour, soda, and salt, mix.
4. Add cranberries and white chopped chocolate.
5. Form balls and put them on a baking sheet.
6. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
7. Bake at 350F/180C for 12-15 minutes.
