3/4 c Sugar
3/4 c Brown sugar
1 c Butter; room temp
2 Egg
1 tb Vanilla extract
1 1/2 c Flour
2 ts Baking soda
1 ts Salt
4 c Oats, rolled (raw)
1 c Cranberries; dried
Recipe by: LA Times Cream butter & sugars, beat in eggs and vanilla until smooth. Stir in oats and cranberries. Shape dough into 2 inch balls, place on greased baking sheets and flatten slightly. Bake at 325 until lightley browned, about 12-15 min. Remove and cool on wire racks -----

Ingredients: For 30 cookies
Unsalted butter 100g/1/2 cup
Brown sugar 180g/1 cup
Egg 1 pc
Milk 15ml
Cinnamon powder 12g/1tsp
Salt 6g/1 tsp
Vanilla extract 4g/1 tsp
All-purpose flour 250g/2 cup
Baking powder 8g/2tsp
Rolled Oats 250g 2 ½ cup
Chopped nuts (Walnut, Pumpkin seeds, Pine seeds) 180g/1 ½ cup
Chopped dried cranberry 80g/1 cup
Pre-heat oven to 356℉/180℃. Bake 12-14minutes

Cranberry Oatmeal Cookies
Wholesome and delicious cookies that are easy to make. The cranberry adds a tangy sweetness to the cookies. Yields 24 cookies.
Ingredients
1/2cup Cooking Oil
1/4 cup Butter
1/2cup White Sugar
1/2cup Brown Sugar
2 Eggs
2 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 cup All Purpose Flour
1 tsp Baking Soda
1/4 tsp Salt
2-3/4cups Rolled Oats
1 cup Dried Cranberries
Direction
-combine butter, cooking oil, and sugar in a mixing bowl until creamy
-add eggs and vanilla extract, continue to whisk
-mix dry ingredients except cranberry in another bowl and add to the wet mixture
-using a round table spoon, place cookies on parchment lined cookie sheet two inches apart
-bake 350°F for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown
-remove from oven and place on cooling rack

Materials Used
Mixing bowls:

Non Stick Spray:
Ingredients
2 1/2 cups of oats
1 cup of dried cranberries
1 cup walnut pieces
1 1/2 cups of flour
1 tsp of baking soda
1/2 tsp of salt
1 tsp of cinnamon
1/2 cup of butter unsalted
2 eggs
3/4 cup of brown sugar
1/2 cup of sugar
2 tsp of vanilla
1. Heat oven to 375 degrees F. Line baking sheets with parchment
2. combine the butter and the sugars. Beat until light and fluffy. Add in the eggs, one at a time, beating well between additions.
3. Add in pure vanilla extract and beat for 2 to 3 minutes.
4. In small bowl, combine flour, salt, baking soda, and baking powder.
5. Slowly beat flour mixture into wet ingredients. Add in oats and stir to combine.
6. Stir in dried cranberries and walnuts.
7. With cookie scoop, portion onto prepared baking sheets. (or scoop out by a rounded TBS) leaving at least 2 between mounds of dough.
8. Bake in oven for 8 - 10 minutes, or until cookies are starting to become golden brown. Remove from oven and let set for 1 to 2 minutes before removing from pan to cool on rack. Cookies should be slightly undercooked to maintain chewiness
