How To make Cottage Cheese Muffins
1 1/2 cups flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 cup margarine -- softened
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
1 large egg
1 cup LF cottage cheese
1/4 cup skim milk
1. In med. bowl, combine flour through salt.
2. In large bowl, cream together margarine and sugar. Beat in egg. Add cottage cheese and milk until smoth. Add dry ingredients and stir just until moistened.
3. Fill sprayed muffin tins 3/4 full, and bake at 375F for 20 mins.

Mix everything up in 10 minutes and into the oven! A basic recipe for an easy and quick to make cottage cheese muffin. The cupcake has a rich, creamy flavor and aroma, the dough is airy and not clogged with flour.
dough:
70 grams of soft butter
150g sugar
10g vanilla sugar or vanillin on the tip of a knife
pinch of salt
180gr cottage cheese
2 eggs
150g flour
1 tsp of baking powder
Add sugar, vanilla sugar, a pinch of salt to the soft butter and beat until fluffy for a couple of minutes.
Add the cottage cheese and mix until smooth.

Sift the flour and baking powder into the dough.
You can take one medium-sized mold and bake for 40-50 minutes at 180 ° C.
