Softest Cottage Cheese Muffins | Quick and Easy Muffin Recipe
i n g r e d i e n t s :
• 3 large eggs
• 3/4 cup (150 g) granulated sugar
• 150 g softened unsalted butter
• 200 g cottage cheese
• A pinch of salt
• 1 1/2 cups cake flour
• Powdered sugar to dust
Bake the muffins at 350ºF/180ºC for 30-35 min.
This recipe makes 12 muffins.

1 tbsp = 15 ml
1 tsp = 5 ml
