How To make Corn Quiche
1 frozen Pet-Ritz (9-inch)
deep dish pie shell 1 Can whole kernel white corn
(12 oz.) drained
4 Oz. Swiss cheese :
shredded
3 eggs beaten
1 C. half and half
1/2 Tsp. salt
1/8 Tsp. white pepper
1/8 Tsp. nutmeg
1 1/2 Tbsp. butter :
melted
1 1/2 Tbsp. brown sugar
1/4 Tsp. cinnamon
Thaw pie shell at room temperature for about 10 to 15 minutes. Prick bottom and sides of crust with fork. Bake on cookie sheet at 400 degrees for 5 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 350 degrees. Place corn in pastry shell and sprinkle with cheese. Combine eggs, half and half, salt, pepper and nutmeg and pour over corn and cheese. Bake for 30 minutes. Drizzle melted butter over top of quiche and sprinkle combined brown sugar and cinnamon on top. Return to oven for 5 minutes or until center is firm. Quiche can be made ahead and frozen. If so, omit topping and the last 5 minutes of baking time. Defrost and bring quiche to room temperature; add topping and bake in a preheated 350 degrees oven for 15 minutes. Comment: May be made ahead and frozen.

Spinach Corn Quiche a vegetarian recipe.
Who wouldn’t enjoy a warm and flaky quiche? If it has spinach corn and cheese as filling then that makes it tempting too. The buttery crust and the combination of the filling make this recipe popular with everyone.

Welcome to our channel, today we will be showing you how to make the classic quiche tart recipe.
Filled with green winter vegetables. The homemade crust is very crunchy and buttery. And it paired so nicely with the creamy filling.
ENJOY
For this recipe, you will need a 28 cm loose-bottom tart tin and some baking rice or beans.
For the Pastry
250 gr Flour
150 gr Cold Unsalted Butter
1/2 tsp Salt
3 tbsp Cold Water
Bake for 15 mins with baking rice
Bake for 10 mins more without baking rice
For the Filling,
Leek
Asparagus
Broccoli
Zucchini
4 Eggs
250 ml Heavy Cream
Grated Mozzarella
Salt and Black Pepper
Bake for 30 mins at 170C

Quick Quiche Recipe with Sweetcorn, Bacon & Cheese
An easy quiche recipe and quick kids recipe. This quick quiche recipe makes a great after school, lunchbox or snack recipe.
Get this quiche recipe & shop ingredients online:
Cook bacon in a large non-stick frypan, add corn remove from heat. Cut twelve 9cm rounds from pastry sheets. Press into muffin pan. Divide cream cheese among pastry. Spoon in bacon and corn mixture, top with tasty cheese, pour over enough egg mixture to cover. Bake at 180C fan-forced for 15-18 minutes or until golden and just set.

Cook mins: 20
Servings: 12 quiches
Ingredients
Woolworths Select olive oil spray
175g packet Woolworths Select short cut rindless bacon, diced
1 cob corn, kernels removed (or two small cobbs)
3 sheets Woolworths Select frozen shortcrust pastry
½ x 200g packet Woolworths Select cream cheese herb & garlic, at room temperature
4 Woolworths Select free range eggs, lightly whisked
½ cup Woolworths Select shredded tasty cheese
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 180°C fan-forced. Grease a 12-hole 1/3 cup capacity muffin pan with spray oil. Put bacon into a non-stick frying pan and sauté over medium heat 4-5 minutes until starts to colour. Add corn, toss to combine and set aside 5 minutes.
2. Cut twelve rounds from pastry using a 9cm-round pastry cutter. Press pastry into tin to line holes.
3. Dot the cream cheese over the pastry. Spoon in the corn and bacon mixture. Top with tasty cheese. Pour over enough egg to cover.
4. Bake in oven for 15-18 minutes or until golden brown and just set. Stand in pan 5 minutes, transfer to a wire rack to cool.
Tip1: Substitute the corn for canned kernels or 1 medium zucchini, coarsely grated and squeezed of excess moisture.
Tip2: These quick quiches make great after school or lunchbox snacks.
Tip3: For a vegetarian option replace bacon with drained canned and pat dried white beans or chickpeas that have been slightly squashed with a fork.
