How To make Cookies In a Jiffy
1 package yellow cake mix
2/3 cup quick cooking oats
1/2 cup butter or margarine -- melted
1 egg
1/2 cup red and green Holiday M&Ms
or butterscotch chips
In a mixing bowl, beat the first four ingredients. Stir in the M&Ms or chips. Drop by Tablespoonful 2" apart onto ungreased baking sheets. Bake at 375 degrees for 10-12 minutes or until lightly browned. Immediately remove to wire racks to cool.

Sugar cookies in a Jiffy!
Jiffy mix sugar cookies with sliced almonds.
2c Jiffy mix
1/3 c milk
2/3 c sugar
5 tbsp softened butter
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
Oven at 350
Spoonfuls on a prepared baking sheet (greased)
Bake 8 - 10 minutes. Sprinkle with sugar if desired.
Makes approx 24 small cookies.

Cookies in a Jiffy!
*1 box Yellow Cake Mix
*2/3 cup Quick Cook Oats
*1 stick (1/2 cup) melted butter
*1 egg
*1/2 cup candy Mix-Ins
1.) Mix all the ingredients in a medium mixing bowl, excluding the candy mix-ins using an electric mixer.
2.) Stir in candy mix-ins.
3.) Spoon dough onto an ungreased cookie sheet about 2 inches apart.
4.) Bake @ 350 degrees for 10-12 min.
5.) Use a spatula to transfer cookies onto a cooling rack.
6.) Eat and enjoy!
