ONE POT MEAL | CHILLI CON CARNE RECIPE | RUSSELL HOBBS MULTICOOKER
Y'all, I am *obsessed* with my new Russell Hobbs multi-cooker. I have used it every single day for the past few weeks, and it is honestly giving my Instant Pot a run for its money ????
I came across the Russell Hobbs multi-cooker almost by accident and now I love it!! Have you ever heard of this little miracle worker?! Let me know down in the comments below ????
I've been craving chilli the past week, so I decided to try out the multicooker to see if it could rival the Instant Pot or crock pot/slow cooker chilli recipes I'm used to.
Using this multicooker is super easy for this recipe: you just set the digital programme to steam and the timer automatically sets to 30 minutes. I sautéed the chopped onion and garlic, then added the beef mince, then added everything else. All in, it was on the steam setting for around 45 minutes start to finish. The end result was a super easy, full-of-flavor chilli con carne that is sure to be on my weekly menu for a while yet!
