How To make Coffee Bean Brownies
1/2 cup butter
1 stick
2 tablespoons cocoa
1/4 cup milk
1/2 cup butter :
1 stick
1/2 cup shortening
1/2 cup strong brewed coffee
1/2 cup kahlua, tia maria, or any type coffee
liqueur 2 cups flour
2 cups granulated sugar
1/4 cup cocoa
1/2 cup buttermilk
2 eggs
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon vanilla
3 1/2 cups powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
chocolate covered espresso beans -- optional
Preheat oven to 400.
FOR FROSTING: In saucepan, combine butter, cocoa and milk. Bring to a boil. Stir in vanilla and powdered sugar until frosting reaches proper consistency.
brOWNIES: In another saucepan, combine butter, shortening, coffee and liqueur. Stir, let boil. In a large mixing bowl, mix the flour and sugar..Pour butter-shortening mixture over the flour and sugar in bowl. Add the buttermilk, eggs, baking soda and vanilla. Pour into well buttered 17x1/2 by 11in. jelly roll pan. Bake for 30 minutes or until brownies test done in the center...Frost brownies immediately. Garnish with expresso beans.. Let cool until ready to eat, then cut into bars...

Ingredients
185 g unsalted butter
185 g dark chocolate chips or chunks
85 g all purpose flour
2 tbsp cocoa powder
200 g sugar
3 eggs
7,5 g baking powder
40 ml warm water + 3 tsp Coffee powder (espresso or your favorite coffee)
50 dark chocolate chips
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 180C(356F) and grease a brownie pan with butter or nonstick cooking spray.
2. In a medium sauce pan, melt butter. Stir in chocolate and allow to cool. Stir together the warm water and coffee powder. Allow t0 cool.
3. In a medium mixing bowl, cream the eggs and sugar. Stir in the butter mixture and coffee mixture. Add cocoa powder, baking powder and all purpose flour. Stir until well combined.
4. Scrape the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top. Top with some dark chocolate chips. Bake in preheated oven for about 25 to 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out with moist crumbs but no wet batter. Let cool to room temperature on a rack, then slice and serve.

hi guys:) hope everyone is doing okay during these times and i hope that watching this video will make you smile:)) in this video, i'm showing you guys how to make espresso coffee brownies, but the coffee can always be skipped to make regular brownies:) i prefer to use oil instead of butter most of the time so this recipe doesn't have any butter. it can also be made vegan by just substituting the egg with any egg substitute such as applesauce. my videos are becoming more true to me and who i really am so i really hope that you guys don't mind me switching up the style a little bit! as always remember to like, subscribe, and comment ( i love love loooove replying to comments) and i'll see you guys next friday :) stay sane and healthy byeee
Recipe:
mix your wet ingredients together in a large bowl :
3/4 cup vegetable or canola oil
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup granulated white sugar
3/4 cup brown sugar
2 eggs and 1 egg yolk
mix your dry ingredients together in a separate medium bowl:
2/3 cocoa powder
1/2 cup all purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1-3 tablespoons of instant coffee powder (less if you want stronger, more for stronger flavor)
mix your dry ingredients into your wet ingredients. mix until well incorporated.
add 1/2 cup chocolate chips to your batter. make sure not to over mix. place your batter into a greased 9 by 9 inch pan.
bake at 350 degrees F for 18 to 25 minutes. bake until toothpick inserted comes out clean. let the brownies cool for 30 minutes before slicing.

Preheat oven to (180C)

1/2 çaykaşığı tuz
Yapılışı:
26 cm kalıbın tabanına yağlı kağıt serin ve kenarlarını yağlayın.
İyice yumuşayana kadar haşladığınız fasulyeleri rondoya alın öğütülmüş ceviz ile çekin,tel süzgeçten geçirin.
Çikolata ve tereyağını bir kaseye alın benmari usülü sürekli karıştırarak eritin,ardından 5 dakika ılınsın.
Çikolataya şekeri ilave edin tel çırpıcı ile karıştırın,ardından yumurtaları birer birer ilave edin her eklemede karışıma yedirin.
Son olarak vanilyayı ve fasulye püresini 2 defada ilave edin homojen bir karışım olduğunda kalıba dökün 180 derecede 30-35 dakika pişirin.

240g or 1 1/2 cups of cooked black beans
2 heaping tbsp cacao powder
