1 c All-purpose flour
1/2 c Sugar
2 ts Baking powder
1/2 ts Salt
2 tb Unsweetened cocoa powder
1 1/2 c All-bran=AE cereal
3/4 c Skim milk
2 Egg whites
1/4 c Vegetable oil
1 c Sliced ripe banana; (about 1

Recipe by: Kellogg's All-Bran 1. Stir together flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and cocoa powder. Set aside. 2. In large mixing bowl, combine All-Bran cereal and
milk. Let stand 5 minutes or until cereal softens. Add egg whites and oil. Beat well. Stir in bananas. Add flour mixture stirring only until combined. Portion batte evenly into twelve 2-1/2-inch muffin-pan cups coated with cooking spray. 3. Bake at 400=B0F. about 25 minutes or until lightly

This recipe makes about 10 muffins

Ingredients
2 mashed bananas
2 eggs
1/4 cup peanut butter (60 ml)
1/3 cup gluten-free oat/almond flour (80 ml)
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 cup blueberries fresh/frozen (240 ml) (I used wild blueberries)

1. Mix the wet ingredients together
2. Add the dry ingredients and stir until combined
3. Fold in the blueberries
4. Spoon to muffin pan lined with muffin liners
5. Bake at 180 Celsius degrees / 350 in Fahrenheit for about 15-20 minutes
6. When the muffins have cooled a little bit, transfer them to a wire rack and let cool and enjoy! (Store in an air-tight container)

INGREDIENTS;
250 ml. (1 cup) evaporated milk
1 tbsp. White vinegar
500-600 grams overriped banana (lacatan)
300 grams sugar (1 and 1/2 cup) half dark and half light brown sugar
1 tsp. Salt
3/4 cups oil
2 tsp. Coffee powder
1 tsp. Cocoa powder
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
450 grams all purpose flour
4 medium to large size eggs
1 tsp. Vanilla extract

A Banana muffin is individually, baked quick banana bread. In this video recipe I will show you how to use overripe bananas? in a very yummy way. Learn how to make easy Banana muffins with chocolate chips. Very easy one bowl recipe with step by step video tutorial. You can add walnuts, cranberry or any nuts of your choice.
INGREDIENTS FOR BANANA MUFFINS:
Dry Ingredients:
1 ½ cups All-purpose flour
¾ cup white sugar
½ cup chocolate chips or walnuts
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp cinnamon powder
Wet Ingredients:
3 ripe bananas, mashed
2 eggs
1/3 cup oil (veg or canola)
1 tsp vanilla essence
Directions:
1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Place muffin cups in muffin tin, or grease muffin tray with butter or oil.
2.Sift together all-purpose flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt and cinnamon. Add in sugar and chocolate chips, mix well using hand whisk. Set aside these dry ingredients.
3.In a separate bowl mash bananas, add in 2 eggs, vanilla and oil. Mix to combine.
4.Now fold in dry ingredients in two batches.
5.Scoop the batter into prepared muffin pan, 2/3 full.
6.Bake for 25-30 minutes remove or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean.
7.Cool for 10 minutes; Place to a wire rack to cool completely.
8.Enjoy as is or with your favorite frosting.
