How To make Coco Nut Macadamia Pancakes
-MARY WILSON BWVB02B 3 c Flour
1/2 tb Salt
6 tb Sugar
1/2 tb Baking soda
1 tb Baking powder
1 pt Buttermilk
3 Eggs; beaten
4 tb Melted butter
1/2 pt Coco-Lopez (see note)
1/2 c Toasted coconut; shredded
1/2 c Toasted macadamia nuts;
- chopped 4 tb Vegetable oil
1 c Fresh pineapple; diced
12 oz Maple syrup
Sift the flour, salt, sugar, baking soda and baking powder into a large mixing bowl. In a separate bowl, whisk together buttermilk, eggs, melted butter and Coco-Lopez. Add wet ingredients to dry. Stir with a spoon to combine; batter will be slightly lumpy. Stir in coconut and macadamia nuts. Brush griddle with oil, and heat to 400 degrees. Drop batter onto griddle using a 4-ounce ladle. Cook about 3 minutes, until done on both sides. Serve garnish with pineapple, maple syrup, and butter. Note: Coco-Lopez is condensed coconut liquid available in liquor section of many markets. Hi guys, today we're making a staple Hawaiian breakfast item: macadamia nut pancakes with a homemade coconut syrup. This dish was inspired by Desiree's trip to Hawaii and since we stuck at home during this period, we decided to bring Hawaii to us with these delicious and easy coconut macadamia nut pancakes.
Pancake ingredients:
1 1/2 cup of all purpose flour
3 1/2 teaspoons of baking powder
1 teaspoon of salt
1 tablespoon of white sugar
1 1/4 coconut milk
1 egg
3 tablespoons of butter
1/4 cup of macadamia nuts

2/3 cup of coconut milk
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1/4 cup of sugar
1 tablespoon of almond extract

BANANA MACADAMIA NUT PANCAKES
WITH COCONUT SYRUP✨????☀️
*If using discard do 2 1/2 cups Kamut and 1/2 cup discard
2 2/3 cup Kamut flour or 3 cups all purpose !
½ cup sugar
1 Tablespoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon salt
cup macadamia nuts, chopped
3¼ cups buttermilk
½ cup butter, melted 4 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 bananas, chopped
Oil for the griddle
Coconut Syrup:
1 13.5 oz. can coconut milk
1½ Tablespoons cornstarch
2 cups light corn syrup
½ cup sugar
½ cup shredded coconut
Instructions:
1. In a small bowl mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt and nuts together. Set aside.
2. In another small bowl whisk together the buttermilk, melted butter, eggs and vanilla. Add this to the dry ingredients. Mix until combined.
3.Stir in the chopped bananas.
4.Wipe the griddle or frying pan with a little oil and fry on a hot griddle about 360°. Turn the pancake when you see the little bubbles come up and start to break. Pancakes should be golden brown.
Syrup:
In a medium size saucepan, whisk coconut milk and cornstarch together. Add other ingredients. Bring to a boil and remove from heat. Store in the refrigerator up to 2 weeks. Serve with: Serve with butter and coconut syrup.????????????????????????☀️☀️✨ Enjoy!

While this was nothing like the mac nut sauce I had on those pancakes, this had a very nice flavor the next day.

1 c. macadamia nuts
1 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. flour
1 c. whole milk
1 c. cream
3 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. kosher salt
2 vanilla bean, sliced lengthwise and seeds scraped out or 2 tsp. vanilla extract
3/4 tsp. lemon juice
Process the mac nuts in a food processor until finely ground. Spoon the nuts into a medium sauce pan and fry over medium high heat for five minutes or until fragrant. Lower heat to medium and add the butter, stirring until melted. Stir in flour and cook one minute. Slowly pour in milk and cream, constantly whiskin the whole time. Scrape the seeds out of both vanilla pod halves. Add sugar, salt, vanilla seeds and vanilla pod to the pan. Cook five minutes or until thickened, stirring constantly. Stir in lemon juice. Pour sauce through a fine strainer into a serving dish. Serve warm. Note: I found the taste much better the next day.

・薄力粉 100g
・強力粉 100g
・ベーキングパウダー 小さじ2
・卵 1コ
・砂糖 大さじ2

・牛乳 1カップ
・プレーンヨーグルト 3/4カップ

【材料/マカデミアナッツソース】
・マカデミアナッツアイスクリーム(ハーゲンダッツ)ミニカップ1個
・生クリーム 50ml
