2 Chipotle Chiles; Dried
6 Pork Loin Or Rib Chops; *
1/2 c Frozen Orange Juice; Thawed
1/4 c Vegetable Oil
1/4 c Lemon Juice
2 tb Orange Peel; Grated
1 ts Salt
1 Clove Garlic
1 Orange; Medium, **
* Pork chops should be cut about 1/2-inch thick. ** Orange should be cut into 6 wedges. ~------------------------------------------------------------------------- Cover chiles with water. Let stand until softened, about 1 hour. Drain and finely chop. Place pork chops in a shallow glass or plastic dish. Place chiles and remaining ingredients, except the orange, in a blender container. Cover and blend, at low speed, until smooth. Pour over chops. Cover and refrigerate at least 3 hours, spooning marinade over chops occasionally. Set oven control to broil. Remove chops from marinade and sit marinade aside. Place chops on rack in a broiler pan. Broil, with tops of the chops 3 to 5 inches from the heat, until light brown, about 10 minutes. Turn the chops and brush with the marinade. Broil until
chops are done, about 5 minutes longer. Garnish with orange wedges and serve.

Orange Citrus Pork Chops
Pork chops have been making an appearance on family dinner tables for decades, so it’s about time that they get a flavorful facelift!
Tender, juicy and infused with the flavors of sweet honey and zesty orange juice, these meaty chops from @ChefBillyParisi are full of flavor, ready in under 30 minutes and sure to redefine the way you eat this dinnertime staple!
Orange Citrus Pork Chops
Serves 4
Ingredients
2 tsp. corn starch
1 cup Heinen’s fresh squeezed orange juice
1 cup Heinen’s chicken stock
1 Tbsp. honey
Juice of 1 lemon
4 Heinen's CARE Certified bone-in thick cut pork chops
2 Tbsp. unsalted butter
3 garlic cloves, finely minced
Leaves of 2 rosemary sprigs
Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
1. In a bowl, whisk together the corn starch, orange juice, chicken stock, honey and lemon juice until combined. Set aside.
2. Season the pork chops on both sides with salt and pepper.
3. Add the butter to a large frying pan over medium-high heat until melted and hot.
4. Add the pork chops and cook for 7-8 minutes per side, or until well browned and almost cooked through. Set aside.
5. Add the garlic to the pan and stir, cook for about 30 seconds.
6. Give the orange juice mixture a whisk and pour it into the pan.
7. Add the rosemary, season with salt and pepper and bring to a boil. It will thicken very quickly.
8. Place the pork chops back into the pan and cook for 3-4 minutes.
9. Serve.
