Hey guys! Welcome back to my channel! Today I am sharing with you guys some of my favorite, tried and true Christmas Cookie recipes. They are all pretty simple and straight forward and of course delicious! ???? I made a large batch and left these on my families door steps as a nice Christmas surprise! ???? Milk Chocolate Fudge
Ingredients
3 cups (525 grams) semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
2 tablespoons (30 grams) butter
1 cup (125 grams) chopped walnuts or pecans optional
Instructions
1. Line an 8-inch baking dish with parchment paper or aluminum foil, leaving some overhang for easy removal. Set aside.
2. Add the chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter to a large saucepan and place over medium heat. Stir continuously until the chocolate chips are fully melted and the mixture is smooth.
3. Remove from the heat and scoop the mixture into the prepared baking dish. Spread around into one even layer.
4. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours or until fully chilled and the fudge is firm. 5. Remove from the pan using the overhang from the parchment paper or foil, slice the fudge into pieces, and enjoy.
Peanut Butter Blossom
Ingredients
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
1/2 cup butter, softened
1 egg
1 1/2 cups Gold Medal™ all-purpose flour
3/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
Additional granulated sugar
About 36 Hershey's Kisses Brand milk chocolates, unwrapped
Instructions
1. Heat oven to 375°F. In large bowl, beat 1/2 cup granulated sugar, the brown sugar, peanut butter, butter and egg with electric mixer on medium speed, or mix with spoon, until well blended. Stir in flour, baking soda and baking powder until dough forms.
2. Shape dough into 1-inch balls; roll in additional granulated sugar. On ungreased cookie sheets, place about 2 inches apart.
3. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until edges are light golden brown. Immediately press 1 milk chocolate candy in center of each cookie. Remove from cookie sheets to cooling rack.
Jam Thumbprint Cookies
Ingredients
1 cup unsalted butter (2 sticks), softened
6 ounces cream cheese
1 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
12 ounces jam (such as strawberry, raspberry, or apricot)
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F, and line baking sheets with parchment.
2. In a large mixing bowl, cream the butter, cream cheese, and sugar together on medium-high speed until very pale and fluffy (about 5 minutes).
3. Beat in the vanilla until incorporated.
4. Add the flour and salt, mixing together on low speed until just barely combined.
5. Scoop the dough by tablespoons, rolling each into a smooth ball and placing on the prepared baking sheets.
6. Use the back of a measuring spoon to press a well into the center of each ball of dough.
7. North Fill the wells with jam, and bake the cookies for 10 to 12 minutes, or until set around the edges but still quite pale in color.
Peppermint Oreo Balls
Ingredients
36 Oreos
8 ounces cream cheese
16 ounces white chocolate melting wafers
1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract
48 crushed peppermint candies
Instructions
1. Place the cream cheese and Oreos in a food processor and process until combined. Scoop out small parts of the mixture and roll into 48 1 balls. 2. 2. Place the balls on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Freeze for 20 minutes, or until hardened.
3. Melt the semisweet chocolate with peppermint extract in the microwave at 30 second increments, stirring between each one.
4. Once melted, dip each ball in it with a fork, scraping the bottom. Roll in peppermint candies and put the ball on the parchment paper.
