1 c Butter
1 c Sugar
1 Egg
1 tb Milk
2 3/4 c Flour
1 ts Baking powder
1/4 ts Salt
Recipe by: Grandma Cream butter, gradually add sugar and beat until light and fluffy. Beat in egg, milk and vanilla. Combine flour, baking powder and salt. Gradually add to creamed mixture.Chill for ease in handling. Roll out dough to 1/8" thickness on lightly floured surface. Cut with floured cookie cutters into desired shaped. Bake on a cookie sheet in preheated 350 FA 8-10 minutes or until lightly browned. remove to wire racks to cool. Makes 4-5 dozen. -----

살짝 눌러 붙인 뒤 커터로 잘라서 굽는 재미있는 작업이었어요.
쿠키가 쉽게 녹아 물러지기 때문에 중간중간 굳혀 가면서 작업해야 한답니다.
심플하지만 재미있는 쿠키라서 선물하기에도 좋은 것 같아요^^

[만드는 과정]
1. 실온 상태의 버터를 부드럽게 섞고 슈가파우더를 체에 쳐서 넣고 섞어 주세요.
2. 소금을 넣고 섞은 다음 달걀과 바닐라빈 페이스트를 넣고 섞어 주세요.
3. 밀가루와 아몬드 가루를 넣고 섞어 주세요.
4. 반죽의 2/3를 남기고 다른 볼 3개에 덜어 주세요.
5. 2/3의 반죽에 코코아 파우더를 체에 쳐서 넣고 섞어 주세요.
6. 작은 볼에 흰색, 녹색, 빨간색의 반죽을 만들어 주세요.
7. 유산지 사이에 반죽을 넣고 밀대로 펴고 냉장실에서 1시간 정도 굳혀 주세요.
8. 반죽을 조합해 쿠키 커터로 잘라 초코색 반죽 위에 올려 주세요.
9. 유산지를 덮어 살짝 눌러 주고 커터로 잘라 주세요.
10. 160도 오븐에서 12~15분 정도 구워 주세요.

Spritz Almond Butter Cookies
Ingredients:
2 ¼ cups almond flour, extra fine, blanched
3 Tbsp. Bob’s Red Mill 1 to 1 baking flour (gluten free)
1 tsp. Baking powder
7 Tbsp. softened butter
1 tsp. Almond extract
1 large egg
¼ tsp. Salt
Direction:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
In a medium bowl combine the dry ingredients: the almond flour, 1 to 1 baking flour, baking powder and the salt. Stir and set aside.
In a mixing bowl, I used my kitchen aid mixer but any will do, add the butter and sugar and mix until light and fluffy.
Add the egg and the almond extract to the mixer and blend at medium speed until fully incorporated.
Add ½ of the flour mixture and mix until just combined. Add the second half and mix again until just combined.
Scrape down the bowl and pour the batter onto some plastic wrap. Cover the dough and place it into the refrigerator to chill for 20 minutes.
After 20 minutes take the dough out and cut off just enough dough to fit into a cookie press. I used some plastic wrap to roll the dough into a cylinder.
Place the dough into the press and attach your favorite disk. Click to push the dough down into the press and place the press onto a cookie sheet and click one click to press the dough out and make a cookie. Be sure to lift slowly.
Press out all the cookies and add sprinkles, colored sugar, or chocolate chips and bake in a 350 degree oven for 7 to 8 minutes or until the bottom of the cookies are golden brown.
These are best eaten warm out of the oven and will keep for 3 to 4 days. If placed in a ziploc bag they do become more soft. Enjoy!

Best Danish Butter Cookies
How to make Danish Butter Cookies that melts in your mouth.
Here's what you'll need:
2/3 cup salted butter (150g)
3/4 cup icing sugar (90g)
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla extract (5ml)
1 and 1/2 cup all purpose flour or plain flour (190g)
1. Preheat oven at 350F or 175C. All ingredients should be in room temp.
2. Cream together butter and icing sugar.
3. When it's creamy, add 1 egg. Beat until well incorporated.
4. Sift in flour into the mixture in two portions. Mixing every after addition.
5. Transfer to a piping bag fitted with piping tip #9FT. Pipe onto cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Or you can use any french star tip.
6. You can use tip #32 for a smaller outline. Please refer to the video for swirls and designs.
7. Bake in a preheated oven for 15 to 17 minutes.
8. Let it cool down completely.
9. Serve and enjoy!
