How To make Christmas Bread
1 lb Frozen Bread Dough
1/2 c Candied Mixed Fruit
1/2 c Walnut,chopped
1/4 c Mincemeat
1 c Confectioners sugar
4 ts Milk
1/8 ts Cardamom ,ground
Thaw frozen bread dough according to package directions. On a lightly flowered board pull dough out until it is 12 inches long. Knead in the fruit,mincemeat and the nuts into the dough. With a sharp knife cut dough into 3 ropes, 12 inches long. Press the 3 ropes together on one end and braid on a greased cookiesheet. Let rise in a warm (90) degree place until double in bulk, about 1 1/2 hours. Bake in a preheated oven at 350 degrees F for 25-30 minutes. Cool. Vánočka ingredients:
➜ 2 and ½ cups (330 g) all-purpose flour
➜ ⅔ stick (75 g) unsalted butter
➜ ⅓ cup (65 g) granulated sugar
➜ ⅓ cup (35 g) blanched almonds finelly chopped
➜ ⅓ cup (35 g) raisins soaked in rum
➜ 20 g fresh yeast or 1 and 1/2 tsp instant yeast
➜ ½ cup 120 ml milk lukewarm
➜ 1 egg for dough
➜ vanilla essence
➜ lemon zest freshly grated
➜ 1 egg for egg wash
➜ ½ tsp salt
➜ blanched almonds

The resulting fruit bread is absolutely delicious and is filled with lots of plump dry fruits
This sweet bread is super soft in texture with golden brown shine on top
HOW TO MAKE SOFT NO KNEAD FRUIT BREAD
We can make this Sweet Bread or no knead Fruit Yeast Bread in five simple steps
1.Prepare the dough
2.First Proofing
Wrap the bowl with a plastic film and let the dough stand rise in a warm environment for 1 hour or until it gets almost doubled in size.
3.Shape the dough
4.Final rising
Let the dough sit and rise in warm environment for 90 minutes.
5.Bake the Fruit Bread
Bake the Fruit bread at 350 F preheated oven for 34-35 minutes.Reduce the baking temperature to 325 F and bake for another 4-5 minutes
The top of the fruit bread or fruit loaf will start browning at around 25 minutes of baking.It doesn’t mean our dry fruit bread is done.
At this point if we take it out, the center of the fruit yeast bread will have a doughy texture and it will smell very “yeasty”
So wait for until the fruit bread is baked properly.
If you find the top getting too dark, you can tent the top with an aluminum foil at around 25 minutes and then continue baking.

What is Panettone?
Panettone is an Italian type of sweet bread originally from Milan, usually prepared and enjoyed for Christmas and New Year
How to make Panettone?
To make traditional Italian panettone, we use sourdough starter to prepare the dough.
And in many traditional Italian Panettone recipes they use a preferment like biga or poolish to make panettone.
In this easy recipe we are not using any preferment and so its so much easier to make than a traditional Italian Panettone Recipe.
We use only six basic basic ingredients to make our panettone dough and then in the second step we add all those special ingredients and make our panettone dough a festive one!
For baking Panettone ,Arrange the rack in the lower rack and set the temperature to 350 F.
After 30 minutes of baking Panettone, reduce the temperature to 325 f and bake for another 25 to 30 minutes.
