Welcome to my channel. In this video I will show you how to make Healthy Oats Brownie.
Love fudgy gooey brownies and wanna make them healthy?Then try this recipe.It is so easy to make.Have it as a dessert or a snack .Your sweet tooth will definetly be satisfied.
Serves-12
Preparation time:15 minutes
Baking time:15-20minutes
Ingredients are:
Oat flour-1cup
Cocoa powder-2x1/3cup
Salt-1/4tsp
Eggs-2
Vegetable oil/Coconut oil-1/2cup
Honey-1/2cup
Vanilla extract-1tsp
Sugar free dark chocolate-1/4cup+extra for toppings
You can add any nuts as toppings as well.
Cooking Method:
Preheat the oven at 180 C.Into a bowl add oat flour,cocoa powder,salt and mix it well.
Into another bowl add eggs,oil,honey,vanilla extract and mix it well.
Add the dry ingredients into the wet mixture in 2 batches.Add sugar free dark chocolate
and transfer the mixture into a 20x20 baking tray.Top it off with some more sugar free dark chocolate.
Bake it for 15-20minutes.You can store it in the fridge for 3-4days.

A very easy and healthy oats cake (use chocolate with no added sugar if you can). This chocolate oatmeal banana cake is one of the easiest desserts you can make, you need only 5 basic ingredients and 5 minutes of work. This oat cake is healthy, sugar free, and delicious.

Ingredients:
120 g rolled oats(1 1/4 cup)
250 ml hot milk/ plant milk(1 cup)
2 ripe small bananas(160 g without peel)5.6 oz
2 medium eggs
pinch of salt
30 g carob powder/ cocoa(3 3/4 tbsp)
5 g baking powder(1 teaspoon)
40 g raisins and cranberries(1/4 cup)
40 g mix of chopped nuts
bake 35-40 minutes at 180°C/ 360°F
70 g dark chocolate(2.5 oz)
1/2 tsp coconut oil/ or other

This healthy oatmeal chocolate cake is gluten-free and made without flour, it’s, dairy free, nut free, rich in fiber and super delicious! I made this healthy chocolate oatmeal cake 3 times already (within 2 weeks) and cannot seem to stop. Made it yesterday again. Perfect, easy chocolate dessert!
Ingredients:
⅓ cup & 1 tbsp coconut sugar
4 tbsp cacao
2/3 cups oats
2 eggs
⅓ cup milk
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup cherries, pitted
2 tbsp chocolate chunks
3 tbsp coconut oil
1 tbsp coconut flakes

Ingredients:
6oz (170g) Dark chocolate, high quality
375ml Coconut milk, full fat
2¾ cups (220g) Quick oats
Directions:
1. Grease a 7-inch (18cm) round cake pan with butter/oil, line the bottom with parchment paper. Grease the parchment as well. Set aside.
2. Chop the chocolate and lace in a heat proof bowl.
3. In a small saucepan bring the coconut milk to a simmer, then pour over the chocolate. Let sit for 2 minutes, then stir until melted and smooth.
4. Add quick oats and stir until combined.
5. Pour the batter into the pan. Let cool to room temperature, then Refrigerate until set, at least 4 hours.
6. Serve with fresh fruits.
Notes:
• This cake is not so sweet as we not using any sugar except the chocolate, If you prefer a bit sweeter cake add 1-2 tablespoons of sugar or any other sweetened while simmering the coconut milk.
• Keep refrigerated up to 5 days.
