*EASIEST* EGGLESS STRAWBERRY MOUSSE CAKE | STRAWBERRY CHOCOLATE NO BAKE CAKE AT HOME #shorts
Get ready for the most scrumptious cake of the season????????♂️Easy to put together, this luscious Chocolate Strawberry Mousse cake is a dream come true and will surely transport you to dessert heaven in the very first bite????❤️
Ingredients-
????1 + 1/2 cup dark chocolate (260g)
????1/2 cup fresh cream
????2 cups whipped cream
????10-15 slices store bought chocolate cake
????1/4 cup espresso
????8-9 strawberries, halved
For the topping
????1/4 cup dark chocolate
????1/4 cup fresh cream
Instructions-
1. Line a 7-inch springform pan with parchment and keep it aside.
2. Heat the fresh cream in a saucepan set over medium heat untill it just begins to simmer.
3. Pour the hot cream over the chopped dark chocolate and mix it together untill smooth and well combined. Let it cool completely.
3. In another bowl, add 1 cup of chilled whipping cream and whip it till stiff peaks.
4. Now fold in the ganache with the whipped cream and your chocolate mousse is ready.
5. Place cake pieces in the bottom of the lined pan and make sure it’s all packed nicely. Soak it with the espresso shot.
5. Arrange the strawberry halves all along the edges of the cake tin.
6. Transfer the chocolate mousse on the top of the cake and flatten it using an offset spatula. Make sure the strawberries don’t get disturbed.
7. Refrigerate it for 2-3 hours or until the cake sets completely.
8. For the glaze- pour hot cream over the dark chocolate and make it a liquid ganache.
9. Pour the ganache over the set mousse cake and enjoyy!!

Ingredients:
all purpose flour 1/2 cup
sugar 4 tbsp
cooking oil 1/4 cup
1 egg
cocoa powder 2 tbsp
baking powder 1 tsp
milk 1/4 cup
for mousse filling part:
semisweet (Dark) chocolate 150g + whipping cream (hot) 60ml
whipping cream (cold) 200ml + powdered sugar 2 tbsp
on top : (not mention on video)
200g dark chocolate + 120ml milk - melt in microwave for 30sec to 1 min, mix it well, let it cool down and pour on top (!!! make sure it is cold enough !!!)

I love this chocolate mousse for cake (no gelatin or eggs)
My chocolate mousse contains melted dark chocolate, butter, sugar, and sour cream and is aerated with freshly whipped cream. The resulting mousse has a decadent chocolate flavor yet a light creamy texture and is stable enough to fill cakes.
Here are the ingredient amounts to make 4.5 cups of mousse (a 50% increase in the amount I showed in the video, which I explained at the very end.)
6 oz (170g) dark chocolate, chopped into small pieces
3 TB (42g) unsalted butter
a couple of big pinches of salt
1 1/2 cups (360g) heavy whipping cream, cold from the fridge
1/2 cup (120g) full-fat sour cream, cold from the fridge
3/4 cup (90g) powdered sugar

Here is the whipped cream recipe for the outside of the cake:
1 1/2 cups (340g) heavy whipping cream, cold
1/4 cup (25g) powdered sugar (or more to taste)
