It’s no secret that I absolutely love baking with chocolate. And I know that you do too, so I have an incredible Chocolate dessert for you today. This 4 layer chocolate heaven is a perfect mix of soft chocolate cake, silky chocolate pudding, and a creamy chocolate ganache.

½ cup (115 g) heavy cream
1 cup (175 g) dark chocolate, chopped
3 tablespoon (30 g) cornflour
6 tablespoon (75 g) sugar
2 tablespoon (15 g) cocoa powder
2 tablespoon (25 g) Butter
1 teaspoon (5 ml) vanilla
Ganache:
½ cup (115 g) fresh cream
½ cup ( 88 g) dark chocolate, chopped
Coffee soak:
1 tablespoon (12g) instant coffee powder
1 cup (240 ml) warm water

For the Chocolate Goo/ Pudding
2/3 cup sugar
1/4 cup cornstarch
1/2 tsp salt
2 cups fresh milk
1/2 cup cream
4 egg yolks
2 tbsp butter
1/3 cup dutch process cocoa powder
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
FOr the Ganache
120 g dark baking chocolate
200 ml cream
1 tbsp butter
For the cake
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
2 tsp baking soda
3/4 cup dutch process cocoa powder
1 cup hot boiling water
1/2 cup oil
1 1/2 cup plain flour
1 1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp anilla
1 1/2 tsp instant coffe
1tsp
3/4 cup buttermilk ( to make home made version use 3/4 cup fresh milk then add 3/4 tsp of vinegar or lemon juice
2 eggs
3 tbs cocoa powder
