Chocolate Brownie Cake Dessert Recipe by Food Fusion
Weekend calls for a perfect excuse to whip up a chocolate treat. Try this Chocolate brownie cake dessert made with the creamy goodness of Olper's Dairy cream.

Serves 6-8
Recipe in English:
Ingredients:
Prepare Brownie layer:
-Boiling water
-Compound chocolate 180g
-Makhan (Butter) 180g
-Maida (All-purpose flour) 1 & ½ Cup
-Cocoa powder ¼ Cup
-Namak (Salt) ¼ tsp
-Baking powder 1 & ½ tsp
-Instant coffee 1 tsp
-Bareek cheeni (Caster sugar) ½ Cup
-Vanilla essence 1 tsp
-Olper’s milk ¾ Cup
Prepare Whipped Cream Layer:
-Ice cubes
-Olper’s Cream chilled 250ml
-Icing sugar ¼ Cup
-Vanilla essence ½ tsp
Prepare Chocolate Ganache:
-Compound chocolate 100g
-Olper’s Cream 100ml
-Compound chocolate
Directions:
Prepare Brownie Layer:
-On a double boiler,place a bowl,add compound chocolate,butter and mix well until chocolate melts.
-Remove from double boiler,place a sifter,add all-purpose flour,cocoa powder,salt,baking powder, instant coffee & sift all dry ingredients together.
-Add caster sugar,vanilla essence & whisk well.
-Add milk & whisk well.
-On greased baking dish (7 x 10 inch) lined with butter paper,pour prepared batter and spread evenly.
-Bake in preheated oven at 180C for 20-22 minutes or until skewer comes out clean.
-Take out from oven & baking dish,place on a wire rack & let it cool.
Prepare Whipped Cream Layer:
-In a large bowl,add ice cubes & place another bowl over it,add cream & beat well.
-Add icing sugar,vanilla essence & beat until stiff peaks form & transfer to a piping bag.
Prepare Chocolate Ganache:
-In a jug,add compound chocolate,cream & microwave for 40-60 seconds then mix well & set aside.
-On a serving dish,place chocolate brownie,add prepared olper’s whipped cream & spread evenly.
-Add chocolate ganache & spread evenly.
-Garnish with grated compound chocolate & refrigerate until chilled.

-Double boiler s ahata lein aur sifter rakh dein,maida,cocoa powder,namak,baking powder aur instant coffee dal ker ek saath sift ker lein.
-Bareek cheeni aur vanilla essence dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein.
-Doodh dal ker ache tarhan whisk karein.
-Greased baking dish (7 x 10 inch) lined with butter paper mein tayyar batter dal ker evenly pheela lein.
-Preheated oven mein 180C per 20-22 minutes ya skewer saaf anay tak bake ker lein.
-Oven aur baking dish sa nikal lein aur wire rack per rakh ka thanda ker lein.
Prepare Whipped Cream Layer:
-Large bowl mein ice cubes dal dein aur upper sa ek aur bowl rakh dein aur cream dal ker ache tarhan beat ker lein.
-Icing sugar ar vanilla essence dal dein aur stiff peaks form hunay tak ache tarhan beat ker lein aur piping bag mein dal dein.
Prepare Whipped Cream Layer:
-Jug mein compound chocolate aur cream dal ker 40-60 seconds kliya microwave ker lein phir ache tarhan mix karein & side per rakh dein.
-Serving dish mein chocolate brownie rakh ker tayyar olper’s whipped cream dal ker evenly pheela lein.
-Chocolate ganache dal ker evenly pheela lein.
-Grated compound chocolate sa garnish karein aur & thanda ho janay tak refrigerate ker lein.

1/2 cup (110g) unsalted butter
1 cup (200g) sugar
1/2 tsp (2g) salt
1/2 cup (60g) unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 tsp (1g) instant coffee powder
1 tsp (5g) vanilla extract
3 eggs
2/3 cup (80g) all-purpose flour
4 oz (120g) semisweet chocolate chips or chunks

I finally mastered FUDGY BROWNIES! I won't use another brownie recipe again

If you're looking for an indulgent, fudgy brownie that is extremely flavorful and not cloyingly sweet, this recipe is it! Literally one of the best brownies I've ever had! With that beautiful shiny crinkled top (which took me a while to figure out ????), and gooey, rich interior, this will be your new favourite brownie recipe!
INGREDIENTS:
- ¾ cup (105 g) dark chocolate - I use 50% dark chocolate, semi-sweet chocolate chips okay too
- ¾ cup (90 g) flour - regular, all purpose
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ cup (113 g) unsalted butter - room temperature or melted
- ¼ cup (53 g) unflavored vegetable oil - I use canola
- 1 cup (200 g) white sugar - granulated
- ½ cup (100 g) soft brown sugar - packed, see note 1 on blog
- ⅔ cup (75 g) cocoa powder - unsweetened
- 1 tsp coffee powder
- 1 tsp vanilla essence/extract
- 2 large eggs - room temperature
NOTE: In the video I mention 1/2 a cup or 100g of butter, but it should be 113g of butter as stated in the ingredients list above :)
Bake at 160 °C (320°F) with the fan on for 22-25 minutes depending on how fudgy you want your brownies to be (I recommend 22 minutes). If your oven doesn't have a fan option, then you will need to increase the baking temperature to 175°C (347°F). Once done, poke a toothpick into the center and it should come out dirty.

NO BAKE CHOCOLATE DREAM CAKE! | How to Make Trending Dream Cake | Ep. 43 | Mortar and Pastry
My version of the trending Dream Cake! This is a mini and no bake version of that five layer chocolatey goodness composed of a dense and moist chocolate cake layers with chocolate ganache, chocolate pudding, melted chocolate and a dusting of cocoa powder on top. You can now make it on your own without oven and no other equipment needed!
Ingredients:
Chocolate Cake:
1 ½ cups flour
½ cup cocoa powder
1 tsp baking soda
½ tsp baking powder
1 tsp instant coffee powder
½ tsp salt
1 cup sugar
1 cup water
1/3 cup oil
1 large egg
1 tsp vanilla
Simple Syrup:
½ cup white granulated sugar
½ cup water
Chocolate Ganache:
½ cup chopped dark chocolate
½ cup all purpose cream
Chocolate Pudding:
4T cocoa
1 ½ T cornstarch
¼ tsp salt
½ c cream
1 egg yolk
1c milk
¼ c sugar
Cover the top with 100 grams melted milk chocolate and finish it with a dusting of good quality cocoa powder.
