How To make Chocolate Chip Shortbread Sticks
1 c. butter, unsalted, softened
1/2 cup confectioners' sugar
1 teas. vanilla
2 cups all-purp. flour
1 c. semisweet chocolate mini-chips (2 portions
1 1/2 teas p. vegetable oil
Cream butter, sugar, and vanilla until blended. On low speed, beat in flour. Stir in 1/2 chips. Cover and chill till firm (though not too firm, I had to let mine sit til it was workable!). Shape heaping TBs into 3-inch-long, 1/2-inch-thick logs (like biscotti). Place on lightly greased cookie sheet and bake in a 350 degree oven for 8 minutes or until golden brown. Cool. Melt remaining chips and oil, dip 3/4 inch of one end of each cookie into chocolate. Makes 36.

1 cup plus 2 tablespoons (2¼ sticks) cold salted butter, cut into ½-inch pieces, 264g
½ cup granulated sugar, 105g
¼ cup (packed) light brown sugar, 57g
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2¼ cups all-purpose flour, 337g
6 ounces semisweet or bittersweet dark chocolate, chopped (but not too fine, you want chunks, not thin shards of chocolate), 170g
1 large egg, beaten to blend (for brushing)
Demerara sugar (for rolling)
Flaky sea salt (for topping)

Preheat oven to 170C (190C non fan)
150g Softened Butter (preferably unsalted)
60g Caster Sugar
230g Plain Flour
1/2 tsp Salt (but not if you have salted butter)
1/4 tsp Vanilla Extract

This is an easy recipe for Homemade Pocky Sticks, which are chocolate-coated shortbread biscuit sticks. You could already have the items in your cupboard.
Ingredients to make Pocky Sticks
Flour - 1/2 cup
Powdered Sugar - 1/4 cup
Baking Powder - 1/2 tsp
Butter - 2 tbsp
Milk - 1 tbsp
Method to make Pocky Sticks
1. Mix all the ingredients and make a dough.
2. Roll it to a thin sheet and cut out the strips.
3. Roll the strips to make it round sticks.
4. Bake it at 170 degree celcius for 15 minutes.
5. Melt white chocolate and mix matcha powder with the chocolate.
6. Dip each stick in chocolate and enjoy.
