Easy Banana Split Cake
Today I'm making an Easy Banana Split Cake for our Meal at church.

BANANA Split Cake
2 sticks of butter
2 cups Graham cracker crumbs
1 8oz pkg of cream cheese
2 cups powdered sugar plus
2 Tbls powdered sugar
4 to 5 bananas
1 20oz can crushed pineapple drained
2 cups heavy Whipped cream
1 1/2cups chopped peanuts
Chocolate syrup
Maraschino cherries
Assemble per video instructions

I used my Ultimate Vanilla, Ultimate Chocolate, AND my personal favourite Banana Cake, stacked with Italian meringue buttercream. Crust:
• 8oz crushed Graham Crackers
• 5tbsp butter
Cheesecake Ingredients:
• 32oz softened cream cheese (at room temperature
• 3 ripe bananas
• 1 cup powdered sugar
• 1 tbsp vanilla extract
• 1/2 cup heavy cream
Topping:
• 7oz semi-sweet chocolate
• 1/2 cup heavy cream
• Whipped cream topping
• Strawberries
• Maraschino Cherries
Preparation
• In a large bowl mix all of your cheesecake ingredients until creamy and well combined (about 5 minutes at medium speed)
• Prepare your crust by mixing crushed graham crackers and butter, then spread it on the bottom of a 9inch springform cake pan
• Pour in your cheesecake mix and refrigerate for 6 hours
• Melt your chocolate and heavy cream, then pour it on top of your cheesecake (you can also pour this on top of your crust followed by the cheesecake mix (thought about this after I had put it together, but it will make the slicing easier later!))
• Top with thinly sliced strawberries, add whipped cream, cherries and enjoy!

14 oz. Box Graham Crackers (crushed)

Non-Stick Cooking Spray
8 oz. Block Cream Cheese (softened)
2 Cups Confectioners’ Sugar

12 oz. Tub Cool Whip Whipped Topping

Prepare Chocolate Ganache:
-Dark chocolate chopped 100g
-Olper’s cream 50ml
Prepare Crust:
-Caramelized biscuits or Biscuits of your choice 300g
-Makhan (Butter) melted 70g
Prepare Olper’s Whipped Cream Layer:
-Ice cubes as required
-Olper’s cream chilled 500ml
-Icing sugar ½ Cup
-Vanilla essence 1 tsp
Prepare Cream Cheese Layer:
-Cream cheese 200ml
-Icing sugar ½ Cup
-Vanilla essence ½ tsp
-Banana 3 or as required
-Pineapple chunks 1 Cup or as required
-Akhrot (Walnuts) chopped as required
Directions:
Prepare Chocolate Ganache:
-In a bowl,add dark chocolate,cream & microwave for 1 minute then mix well & transfer to a squeeze bottle.
Prepare Crust:
-In a chopper,add caramelized biscuits & process until finely crushed.
-Add butter & process until well combined.
-In a serving dish,add add crumble mixture & press firmly to create an even layer and refrigerate until set (30 minutes).
Prepare Olper’s Whipped Cream Layer:
-In a large bowl,add ice cubes & place another bowl over it,add cream & beat well.
-Add icing sugar,vanilla essence & beat until soft peaks form & set aside.
Prepare Cream Cheese Layer:
-In another bowl,add cream cheese,icing sugar,vanilla essence & beat well.
-Add 1/3rd portion of whipped cream in mixture & beat until well combined & transfer to a piping bag.
-Transfer remaining whipped cream to a piping bag & set aside for later use.
Assembling:
-On serving dish,add & spread prepared cream cheese layer.
-Cut thin slices of banana.
-Add banana slices,pineapple chunks,olper’s whipped cream layer & refrigerate until chilled (2-3 hours).
-Decorate with prepared chocolate ganache,walnuts & cherry.
-Serve chilled!

-Baday bowl mein ice cubes dal ker upper sa dosra bowl rakh dein aur cream dal ker ache tarhan beat ker lein.
-Icing sugar aur vanilla essence dal dein aur stiff peaks form ho janay tak ache tarhan beat ker lein & side per rakh dein.
Prepare Cream Cheese Layer:
-Alag bowl mein cream cheese,icing sugar aur vanilla essence dal ker ache tarhan beat ker lein.
-Whipped cream ka 1/3rd portion ko mixture mein dal ker ache tarhan beat ker lein & piping bag mein transfer ker lein.
-Remaining whipped cream ko piping bag mein transfer ker lein & bad mein use kernay kliya side per rakh dein.
Assembling:
-Serving dish mein tayyar cream cheese layer dal ker pheela lein.
-Banana ko slices mein cut ker lein.
-Banana slices,pineapple chunk aur olper’s whipped cream layer dal dein aur thanda ho janay tak refrigerate ker lein (2-3 hours).
-Tayyar chocolate ganache,akhrot & cheery sa decorate ker lein.
-Thanda serve karein!
Banana Split Birthday Cake Recipe | DIY Banana Split Drip Cake Recipe
We're making an EASY banana split birthday cake with a chocolate ganache drip! Perfect for any birthday party, no matter the theme! FULL RECIPE BELOW!
Banana Split Cake
Ingredients
Cake Batter:
1 cup unsalted butter, room temperature
2 cups sugar
3 tsp vanilla extract
6 large eggs
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 1/2 cups sour cream
½ cup pineapple juice
Buttercream:
2 cups unsalted butter, room temperature
1 tsp vanilla extract or seeds from 1 vanilla bean
5 cups confectioner’s sugar
yellow food coloring
¼ cup banana pudding
1 banana, sliced
Ganache:
3 oz dark chocolate, melted
3 oz whipping cream, hot
Maraschino cherries
rainbow sprinkles
Directions
Bake the cake:
1. Beat the butter and sugar with an electric mixer until pale and smooth. Add the vanilla extract and eggs one at a time, mixing with each addition.
2. In a separate bowl, combine the flour, baking soda and salt. Add this to the batter in 2 additions, alternating with the sour cream.
3. Spoon the batter into 4 greased and floured 6” round cake pans. Bake at 350F for 30 minutes, or until a skewer inserted into the centers comes out clean. Cool completely.
Make the buttercream:
1. Beat the butter with an electric mixer until pale and fluffy. Add the vanilla extract and confectioner’s sugar one cup at a time, beating with each addition.
2. Set aside 1 cup of buttercream. Dye the remaining buttercream pale yellow.
Assembly:
1. Slice the tops off the cakes to create even surfaces. Brush the surfaces with pineapple juice.
2. Combine 1/3 of the yellow buttercream with the banana pudding. Mix well.
3. Stack the cakes on top of each other, spreading some banana pudding buttercream on each layer and sticking some sliced bananas into the buttercream. Once the final layer of cake is placed on top, coat the entire cake in a thin layer of yellow buttercream WITHOUT the banana pudding. Place the cake in the fridge for 15 minutes, to chill.
4. Coat the cake in a thicker layer of the same yellow buttercream. Place the cake in the fridge while you make the ganache.
Ganache:
1. Combine the dark chocolate and whipping cream in a bowl.
2. Allow the ganache to cool to room temperature, but still remain liquid.
3. Pour the ganache onto the top of the cake, gently smoothing it over the surface and encouraging it to drip down the sides.
4. While the ganache is still wet, scatter some sprinkles on top.
5. Place the white buttercream in a piping bag fitted with a 2D star-shaped piping tip.
6. Pipe large dollops of buttercream onto the top of the cake, to look like whipped cream. Top each dollop with a maraschino cherry and enjoy!
