How To make Chinese Quiche
1 cup hot cooked reg. rice
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon ginger
1 egg white
2 eggs plus 1 egg yolk
1 cup skim milk
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 can Chinese
(16 oz. size)
vegetables :
drained (1 c.) 1 cup cut up cooked chicken
2 green onions sliced (with tops)
Pimiento strips Spicy Soy Sauce :
(below)
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Use 9 inch pie pan with non-stick finish or coat regu lar pie pan with vegetable spray-on for cookware. Beat rice, soy sauce, ginger and egg white with fork. Turn mixture into pie pan; spread evenly with rubber s craper on bottom and halfway up side of pie pan. (Do not leave any holes.) Beat eggs, egg yolk, milk and salt thoroughly; stir in vegetables, chicken and onio ns. Carefully pour into rice crust. Bake until knife inserted 1 inch from edge comes out clean, 30 to 40 minutes. Immediately run knife around edge to loosen crust. Let quiche stand 10 minutes before serving. Cut into wedges; garnish wit h pimiento strips and serve with Spicy Soy Sauce. 8 servings/135 calories each.

Easy Classic Quiche. Cheese, bacon & leek quiche recipe :)
Hey guys, I hope you’re all having a wonderful Easter :) welcome back to what’s for tea, and I hope I find you all very well :)
Today I made a lovely quiche! Such an easy recipe…and incredibly tasty too. Perfect as a light lunch or served with a few chips and salad for a more substantial meal.
I’ve listed everything I used down below incase you want to give it a go for yourself. Thanks for stopping by x

Serves 6-8
I used:
(For the shortcrust pastry)
200g Plain/all purpose flour
100g Cold butter
4-5 Tablespoons ice cold water (or just enough to bring it to a stiff dough)
1/4 Teaspoon salt
The white of one of your eggs
(For the filling)
3 whole eggs and an extra yolk
60g Gruyere or Emmental cheese (grated)
200g Bacon lardons or pancetta
1 Small leek (washed & finely sliced)
300ml Cream
Salt & pepper to taste
***salad or greens to serve***

How To Make Vegetable Quiche | One Bowl Vegetable Pie Recipe
Vegetable Quiche Recipe, it's so fast and easy to make. You can serve with some salad ???? on the side, and make an healthy and delicious dinner or some breakfast with you family.

Vegetable quiche
20X30cm (8/12 inch) size pan or 22cm (8.5) diameter pan.
Ingredients:
2 carrots
1 potato
A glass of broccoli
1 onion
2 green onions
4 eggs (L size)
2 tablespoons olive oil
120g (1/2 cup) sour cream
50g (2/3 cup) mozzarella cheese
Salt and black pepper (about 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/2 teaspoon black pepper)
140g (1 cup) all purpose flour
10g (2 teaspoons) baking powder
preparation method:
1. Rinse the vegetables well and cut into small cubes.
2. In a large bowl, place eggs, olive oil, cheese, salt and pepper and mix well.
3. Add flour and baking powder and mix until all the flour is assimilated into the mixture.
4. Add all the vegetables and mix gently.
5. Transfer to a pan, and bake in a pre-heated oven at 355f (180c) degrees for 40-50 minutes. The pie is ready when golden and stable.
6. Allow the quiche to cool completely, and only then cut.
Note:
You can replace the vegetables with other vegetables that you like or prefer.

Ingredients:
For the meat mixture:
2 pounds (1kg) ground lamb
1 large onion, chopped
3 garlic cloves, crushed
3 tbsp olive oil
4 tbsp (30) flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 black pepper
1 tsp rosemary
1 tsp thyme
1 tbsp tomato paste
2 cups beef broth
7oz (200g) carrots
7oz (200g) peas (fresh or frozen)
For the puree:
3.5 pounds (1.5kg) potatoes
1 tbsp butter
1/2 cup (120ml) milk
1/4 cup (25g) cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 black pepper
egg yolk
Directions:
1. Peel the potatoes and cut into 4. Place in a medium pot and cover with cold water. Set over high heat, add a teaspoon of salt, cover and bring to a boil. cook until tender.
2. While the potatoes are cooking, heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the onion and sauté 2-3 minutes, add crushed garlic and chopped carrots, sauté until the carrots are tender, about 5-7 minutes.
3. Add the ground lamb, Cook until no longer pink, about 5 minutes. Season with salt, pepper, chopped rosemary and thyme. Add tomato paste, flour and stir.
4. Add beef broth and frozen peas. Bring to a simmer, reduce heat to low and cook, stirring occasionally, until sauce thickens.
5. When the potatoes are done cooking transfer them to a bowl. Add butter, milk, egg yolk, salt and pepper. mash the potatoes until smooth.
6. Preheat oven to 400F (200C).
7. Layer the meat mixture in a 13X8.5 (33X22cm) ovenproof dish. Spread the puree over the meat mixture.
8. Bake 20-25 minutes. or until mashed potato is golden brown.
