1 8 oz package American
-cheese, grated 1 3 oz package cream cheese
1/8 ts Garlic powder
1/4 c Chopped pecans
2 tb Chili powder
** %%%%% CHILI CHEESE ROLL %%%%% ** Have cheese at room temperature; mix both until well blended. Stir in garlic powder and pecans. Form into a roll about 10 inches long. Spread the chili powder on waxed paper and coat the outside of cheese with the chili powder by rolling over the waxed paper. Chill. Slice and serve with crackers or Melba toast. Bread slices
150 gms grated mozarella cheese
1-2 green chilies chopped
1 capsicum chopped finely
1 tsp chili flakes
1 tsp oregano
salt to taste
1 bowl Breadcrumbs
Oil for deep frying
For slurry
2 tsp refined flour or maida
2 tsp chickpea flour or besan
water as required
1/4 tsp salt

Chilli Cheese Bread Recipe:
Bread - 6 Slices
Oil - 2 tbsp
Garlic (finely chopped) - 1 tbsp
Green Chilli (roughly cut) - 3 nos
Ginger (finely chopped) - 2 tsp
Onion (finely chopped) - 1 Cup
Tomato (finely chopped) - ½ Cup
Capsicum - ½ Cup
Red Chilli Powder - ½ tsp
Salt - ¼ tsp
Lemon Juice - 1 tbsp
Coriander Leaves (finely chopped) - 2 tbsp
Red Chilli Sauce - 1 tbsp
Ketchup - 1 tbsp
Cheese Slices - 4 nos
Cooking Instructions:
1. Toast the bread slices until crisp on both sides. Remove from the pan and cut into cubes.
2. Heat oil in a pan and add garlic, green chilli and ginger. Add onion and capsicum. Saute until the onion turns translucent.
3. Add tomato, red chilli powder and salt. Saute until the tomato turns mushy.
4. Add the red chilli sauce and ketchup.
5. Add the bread cubes, lemon juice and coriander leaves. Stir gently until it is evenly mixed.
6. Add the cheese slices on top. Cover and cook on low heat for 2 minutes or until the cheese has melted.

Maida - ½ cup
Corn Starch - 2 tbsp
Salt - to taste
Breadcrumbs - 1 cup (6-7 breads grounded)
Oil - to fry
Spicy Mayo - to serve
