How To make Chili Cheese Cornsticks
1 1/4 c Yellow cornmeal
1 lg Egg
1/2 c Flour
1 c Milk
2 tb Sugar
1/2 c Shredded Cheddar
1 tb Baking powder
2 tb Chopped green chilies
Beat egg, milk and 1/4 c. vegetable oil. Add dry ingredi- ents, stirring only to mix. Toss in cheese and chilies. Bake in greased pans at 425 degrees for 15 minutes.

Ingredients:
-Warm water ¾ Cup
-Khameer (Instant Yeast) 2 & ½ tsp
-Sugar 1 & ½ tsp
-Anda (Egg) 1
-Cooking oil 1 & ½ tsp
-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp
-Maida (All-purpose flour) sifted 2 & ½ Cups
-Chawal ka atta (Rice flour) ¼ Cup
-Mozzarella cheese 200g
-Sausages 4
-Breadcrumbs 1 Cup or as required
-Cooking oil for frying
-Mustard sauce
-Tomato ketchup
Directions:
-In a jug,add warm water,instant yeast,sugar & mix well,cover & let it rest for 10-15 minutes.
-In a bowl,add yeast mixture,egg,cooking oil,salt & whisk well.
-Add all-purpose flour,rice flour & whisk well,cover & let it proof for 1 hour at warm place.
-Transfer liquid dough to a jar or glass.
-Cut mozzarella cheese into 1.5x2 inch sticks & set aside.
-Cut sausages in half & thread or skew into a wooden skewer then thread or skew mozzarella cheese stick.
-Now dip skewer into prepared dough & coat with breadcrumbs (makes 8).
-In a wok,heat cooking oil & fry on medium flame until golden & crispy.
-Drizzle mustard sauce,tomato ketchup & serve!

-Jug mein neem garam pani,khameer aur cheeni dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker 10-15 minutes kliya chor dein.
-Bowl mein yeast mixture,anda,cooking oil aur namak dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein.
-Maida & chawal ka atta dal ker ache tarhan whisk karein aur dhak ker 1 hour garam jagha per proof hunay kliya chor dein.
-Liquid dough ko jar or glass mein transfer ker lein.
-Mozzarella cheese ko 1.5x2 inch sticks mein cut ker lein & side per rakh dein.
-Sausages ko half mein cut ker lein aur wooden skewer per laga lein phir mozzarella cheese stick ko bhi laga lein.
-Ab skewer ko tayyar dough mein dip karein aur breadcrumbs mein coat ker lein (makes 8).
-Karahi mein cooking oil garam karein aur darmiyani ancch per golden & crispy ho janay tak fry ker lein.
-Mustard sauce & tomato ketchup drizzle ker ka serve karein!

Full recipe for Masala corn fries
Prep time: 30 minutes
Cooking time: 15 minutes
Serves: 4
Ingredients:
• Corn cobs 2 nos.
• Toothpick as required
• Water for boiling corns
• Corn flour 4 tbsp
• Rice flour 4 tbsp
• Salt to taste
• Black pepper a pinch
• For the spice mix
1. Red chilli powder 1 tbsp
2. Amchur powder 1 tsp
3. Garlic powder 1 tbsp
4. Jeera powder 1 tsp
5. Chaat masala 1 tsp
6. Black pepper powder ½ tsp
7. Salt to taste
Method:
• Measure and cut the corn in one centimeter less than the toothpick length. Cut into two halves. Insert the toothpick stick into corn kernels. Apply pressure sideways to remove the corn kernels. Refer the video for clear picture.
• Add the corn kernels into boiling water. Boil them for 2-3 minutes. Strain and cool down the corns.
• In a mixing bowl add the corns, corn flour, rice flour, salt to taste and pepper powder a pinch, mix and coat well add 1 tsp water so the corn coats well. Deep freeze it for 15 minutes.
• Heat oil to fry the corns, add small batches carefully and fry on high heat.
• Remove the fried corn on an absorbent paper, squeeze lemon juice and sprinkle over the spice mix, to coat well nicely toss it.
• Enjoy this appetizer with either tomato ketchup or any dip of your choice.
