How To make Chicken and Pasta Salad
8 oz Tricolor rotini
4 Boneless, skinless chicken
Breast,halves 2 tb Soy sauce, divided
1 Oil
1 md Onion, chopped
1 md Green pepper, chopped
1 md Red pepper, chopped
1/2 Bunch fresh broccoli
1 ts Mrs. Dash
8 oz Lo-cal Italian dressing,
Store bought or homemade 1. Cook pasta according to directions, chill in ice water, drain.
2. Blanch broccoli in boiling water, chill in ice water, drain.
3. Use 1/2 soy sauce to season the chicken, heat oil in no stick pan,
brown chicken, and reduce heat and finish cooking. Don't overcook! 4. Slice chicken into 1" strips, turn and cut into 1/4" pieces, place
into bowl with other ingredients except dressing and soy sauce. 5. Mix remainder of soy sauce into dressing and pour over pasta, chicken,
and vegetables. Toss gently and serve immediately. You maight like to leave the pasta, chicken, broccoli un-chilled and serve it semi-warm. Posted by Mike Hackmann 2/93

Macaroni salad ay isa uri ng pasta salad na sineserve na malamig na may sangkap na elbow macaroni and usually meron itong mayonaise na mas pinasarap pa ng ibang sangkap gaya ng raisins.carrot at iba pa.Para na rin itong potato salad o kaya naman coleslaw na madalas ipinapartner bilang side dish ng barbecue or fried chicken.Pero madalas itong nakikita sa mga handaang pinoy lalo sa mga ganitong holiday seasons.Madali at napakasarap na dish na uulit ulitin sa sarap.Merry Christmas and a Happy New year!

400g macaroni
1/4 kl chicken breast
470ml mayonaise
227g pineapple tidbits
100g raisins
1 medium carrot
2 stalks celery
100g pickle relish
1 medium white onion
1 cup cheese cubes or diced
1 cup apc
1/2 cup condensed milk(optional)
1/2 cup grated cheese(optional)
salt and pepper to taste

9 ounces (250 grams) pasta fusilli, rotini, elbows, etc.

2 cups (300 grams) red bell pepper diced
1 heaping cup (150 grams) cucumber diced
½ cup (100 grams) corn canned
½ cup (60 grams) olives sliced
1 shallot or red onion, sliced
1 rib celery chopped
½ cup (60 grams) pickles chopped
3 tablespoons parsley finely chopped
2 tablespoons dill finely chopped
¾ cup (160 grams) vegan mayo or regular mayo
½ lemon juice and grated zest
¾ teaspoon salt or more to taste
¼ teaspoon black pepper

Best Pasta Salad Ever????
1 pound Rotini pasta, multicolored
3 cups cherry tomatoes,halfed
1/4 cup red onion, diced
1/2 cup broccoli, sliced
1/2 cup cucumbers, diced
1/2 cup kalamata(black)olives,sliced
1/4 cup carrot,sliced
1 green bell pepper, diced
1 red bell pepper, diced
1 yellow bell pepper, diced
1 bottle of Wishbone Italian Dressing
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
2-3 pinches red pepper flakes (optional)
Boil the pasta according to the directions on the package. Allow to pasta to cool.(You can run cold water over pasta to help it cool faster.)
In a bowl, add and mix all the ingredients together. Refrigerate before serving. *In my opinion it taste the best the next day bc everything has marinated over night*
