Hi Everybody! Here's my quick and easy way to make some Vegan Orange Chick'n! If you want to make the Sandwich version, simply use the Chick'n strips to form a bigger patty, or you can also use the Scallopini Filets like I do in some of my other videos.

Easy Orange Tofu is Sticky and Chewy

⭐️ Orange tofu is easy. Make it in less than 30 minutes for an Asian-inspired everyday dinner.
This easy vegan dish is the best alternative to orange chicken. We use crispy oven-baked tofu coated in a sticky, sweet and sour orange sauce. It's tasty, tangy, and delicious.
⭐️ Ingredients
Oven-Baked Tofu
16 ounces tofu firm or extra firm
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon corn starch
Orange Sauce
½ cup orange juice
1 teaspoon orange zest
1 teaspoon ginger grated
1 clove garlic grated
2 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons soy sauce reduced salt
1 tablespoons vinegar rice vinegar or white vinegar
1 tablespoon corn starch
¼ cup water

Today you're sauteing chicken, which is one of my favorite techniques because it's fast, it uses only one pan, and results in a delicious, gravy-like pan sauce. All you need for this recipe is some all-purpose flour, chicken cutlets, olive oil, unsalted butter, fresh thyme, button mushrooms, dry white wine, chicken broth, and fresh parsley. Watch the video and I'll tell you when to use dried herbs and when to use fresh when you're cooking, so you can swap like a pro!

1/2 cup all-purpose flour
salt and pepper to taste
Orange Chicken sauce ingredients:
1 cup water
1/4 to 1/3 cup orange juice
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 Tbsp. chopped spring onion
1 Tbsp. cornstarch diluted with 2 Tbsps. water
orange food coloring (optional)
