Ham Lasagna || The Keto Kitchen
[RECIPE IN THIS DESCRIPTION] Ham Lasagna.
You could make keto lasagne sheets with wheat gluten, lupin flour, almond flour, even a fathead dough... But why bother when you can whip up a really high protein dinner that does the job just fine! The edges are crispy, the middle is creamy - it's just a super meaty lasagna!

INGREDIENTS:
- 500g (1 lb) Ground Beef
- 1 cup (250g) Sugar Free Marinara Sauce (I USED THIS RECIPE -
- 1/2 of a Small Onion
- 1 tsp Italian Seasoning
- 9 - 18 Deli Ham Slices
- 7oz (200g) Ricotta Cheese
- 1 cup (113g) Shredded Mozzarella
METHOD:
1. Preheat the oven to 325/170c. Prepare a small, deep baking dish.
2. In a large frying pan, over medium heat, add the ground beef and onion. Break the beef apart as it cooks and cook until the meat has browned. Drain the excess fat and return to the heat.
3. Add the marinara sauce and Italian seasoning. Mix well. Lower the heat and cook on a simmer for 3-4 minutes. Turn off heat.
4. Place 1/3 of the beef in your baking dish and spread thin. Top with 3-6 pieces of ham, covering the beef. Spread 1/3 of the ricotta over the ham, top with 1/3 of the mozzarella.
5. Repeat step 4 two more times, finishing with the mozzarella.
6. Place in the oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese has melted and the ham is browning at the edges. Cut into 6 and enjoy!

WHITE CHICKEN LASAGNA | easy to prep ahead! | The Recipe Rebel
This White Chicken Lasagna with Ham and Spinach is the ULTIMATE comfort food! Made with a lighter Alfredo sauce, it’s decadent enough for the holidays and made with healthier ingredients.

INGREDIENTS
Alfredo Sauce
1/2 cup butter or margarine
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/2 cup all purpose flour
2 cups low sodium chicken broth
2 cups low fat milk
1/4 cup frozen spinach thawed and squeezed dry
Lasagna
12 Catelli Express lasagna noodles
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese divided
2 chicken breasts cooked, chopped or shredded
2 cups chopped cooked ham
1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese divided
INSTRUCTIONS:
Alfredo Sauce
Melt butter in a medium pot over medium heat. Add garlic, salt, pepper and Italian seasoning and cook 1 minute. Whisk in flour until completely combined.
Whisk in broth and continue cooking over medium heat until sauce has thickened. Gradually stir in milk, whisking and cooking each time until thickened. Stir in spinach and set aside.
Lasagna
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and lightly grease a 9×13″ baking dish.
Spread a thin layer of sauce in the bottom of the baking dish, then top with 3 lasagna noodles, 1/4 of the sauce, 1/3 of the chicken, 1/3 of the ham and 1/3 cup Mozzarella cheese. Repeat layers twice so that you have 3 layers of 3 lasagna noodles each.
Top with remaining 3 lasagna noodles, remaining 1/4 sauce, 1 cup mozzarella cheese and 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese.
Cover with a lightly greased piece of foil and bake for 40-45 minutes until noodles are tender (they will absorb the sauce and expand as they cook!).
Remove foil and bake for 10-15 minutes until starting to brown. Let sit for 10 minutes before slicing into 9 pieces and serving.

Ingredients for the red sauce:
* 1/4 cup olive oil
* 4 tbsp butter
* 2 tbsp chopped garlic
* 2 cups chopped onions
* 1/2 kg beef minced meat
* 1 cup ketchup
* 1 cup pizza/pasta sauce
* 1 tsp soy sauce
* 1 tsp vinegar
* 1 tsp salt
* 1/2 tbsp black pepper powder
* 1 tsp paprika powder
* 1 tsp garlic powder
* 1/4 tsp white pepper powder
* 1 tsp oregano
* 1 tsp mixed herbs
* 1 tsp crushed chilli flakes
Ingredients for the white sauce:
* 1 tbsp chopped garlic
* 2 tbsp butter
* 2 tbsp flour
* 1 and 1/2 chicken cube
* 1 tsp oregano
* 1 tsp mixed herbs
* 1/4 tsp garlic powder
* 1 cup heavy cream
* 2 cups milk
* 1 cup cheddar cheese
Ingredients for the toppings:
* 1 cup cheddar cheese
* 2 cups mozzarella cheese
* 1 sliced capsicum
* 1 sliced tomato (de-seeded)
* 1/4 cup sliced black olives
* 1 tsp oregano

* 400 grams or 1 pack of uncooked lasgana sheets

Here is what you'll need!
CHICKEN ALFREDO LASAGNA
Servings: 6-8
INGREDIENTS
4-6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
4-6 teaspoons salt
4-6 teaspoons pepper
4-6 teaspoons garlic powder
4 tablespoons canola oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
½ medium white onion, finely chopped
2 cups heavy cream
½ cup parmesan cheese
1 cup parsley, chopped
10-12 cooked lasagna noodles
2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
6 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
PREPARATION
Preheat oven to 350°F/180°C.
Slice each chicken breasts in half lengthwise and sprinkle 1 teaspoon of salt, pepper, and garlic powder evenly on both sides of each chicken breast.
Heat oil in a large pan over high heat, then sear the chicken for about 1 minute per side. They will continue to cook through in the oven later on.
In the residual oil (drain some if necessary), toss in the garlic and onions, stirring constantly until the mixture has started to brown.
Pour in the cream, stirring until it starts to boil, then add the parmesan and parsley.
Cook for 1 additional minute, then remove from heat.
In a 9x13 rectangular baking pan, spread about ¼ of the cream mixture on the bottom.
Lay enough lasagna noodles to cover the sauce, then spread about ½ of the remaining cream mixture on top.
Place enough chicken breasts to cover the sauce, then sprinkle with half of the mozzarella, followed by half of the bacon and half of the parsley.
Repeat the layers once more, starting with noodles, sauce, chicken, bacon, parsley, and mozzarella.
Bake for about 25 minutes, until the cheese is golden brown.
Cool for about 15 minutes, slice, and serve!
