How To make Buffalo Chicken Lasagna
12 lasagne noodles
uncooked
vegetable oil cooking spray 1 pound skinless boneless chicken breasts :
diced
4 cups low-sodium spaghetti sauce
1 1/2 cups water
2 tablespoons hot sauce -- or more to taste
2 tablespoon vinegar
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1 container part-skim ricotta cheese -- about 15 ounces
1/2 cup egg substitute
3/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
Spray a large skillet with cooking spray; place over medium-high heat until hot. Add chicken; saute 4 minutes. Drain well. Stir in spaghetti sauce, water, hot sauce, vinegar and garlic salt.
In a small bowl, combine ricotta cheese and egg substitute. Set aside. Spray a 9" x 13" baking pan with cooking spray. Spread 1 cup of the sauce over the bottom of the pan. Arrange 4 lasagne noodles over the sauce. Cover with 1 1/2 cups of the sauce. Spread half the ricotta mixture on top. Arrange another 4 lasagna noodles over ricotta, and top with another 1 1/2 cups of sauce. Spread remaining ricotta mixture on top. Arrange final 4 lasagne noodles over ricotta mixture and cover with remaining sauce.
Preheat oven to 350?. Cover lasagne with foil and bake for 1 hour 10 minutes. Uncover lasagne, sprinkle blue cheese on top and bake an additional 5 minutes uncovered. Cover and let stand 15 minutes before serving.

Buffalo Chicken Lasagna Roll Ups
Ingredients:
8oz cream cheese
3 cloves of garlic
1 quarter of an onion
3 bonless skinless chicken breast
Lasagna noodles
Salt
Pepper
Garlic powder
Chicken Bouillon
1 cup shredded parmesan cheese
16oz heavy whipping cream
8oz mozzarella cheese (small block)
2 tbs butter
2 tbs red hot
1/4 cup of Sour cream
Add bonless skinless chicken breast in pot with chicken bouillon, 1 quarter of an onion and 1 garlic clove. Boil everything on medium heat until chicken is cooked to 165°
Boil lasagna noodles until al dente and rinse with cold water
Add cooked chicken to a large bowl and shred. Add half a block of cream cheese 4oz , 2tbs red hot, 1/4 cup sour cream, 1 tsp Salt, 1 tsp pepper, 1 tsp bouillon, and 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese.
Make your Alfredo sauce by getting a pan hot and adding butter and minced garlic. Once butter is melted add in 4oz of cream cheese and 16oz of heavy whipping cream. Let that all melt together. Add 1 tsp Salt, 1 tsp black pepper, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 cup of water pasta was cooked in, and 1 cup of shredded parmesan cheese. Let it come to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 15 min stirring occasionally so nothing sticks to the bottom of the pan.
Add Buffalo chicken filling to the lasagna noodles and roll them up. Layer the bottom of your baking pan with your Alfredo sauce. Add in your lasagna roll ups and cover the top with more Alfredo sauce. Top with mozzarella cheese and cook In the oven at 350°for 15 min. Broil at 500° for 3-5 min. Enjoy ????

Note: I forgot to add in the 1 1/2 cups of water when I made this video.
