Mirchowala Murg Ingredients -
2 tbsp Oil
1 tbsp Cumin Seeds
3 Cardamom Pods
4-5 Cloves
2-inch Cinnamon Sticks
½ tsp Black Peppercorns
1 Bay Leaf
2 tbsp Ginger & Garlic (chopped)
1 cup Onion (chopped)
450 gms Chicken (boneless)
1 tsp Turmeric Powder
1 cup Assorted Bell Peppers (diced)
1 tbsp Red Chilli Powder
1 tbsp Yellow Chilli Powder
1 tsp Garam Masala Powder
1 tbsp Coriander Powder
1 tsp Black Pepper & Cumin Powder
Salt (as required)
5-6 Red Chillies (chopped)
5-6 Green Chillies (chopped)
1 tbsp Basil Leaves (chopped)
Water (as required)
For Garnish
Coriander Leaves

Easy Boneless Chicken Thighs and Peppers
This Italian chicken and peppers (pollo coi peperoni) recipe is super flavorful and really easy to make. Traditionally the dish is made with a whole chicken cut into pieces, but substituting boneless skinless chicken thighs works really well! The chicken and peppers braise in a touch of wine and plum tomatoes, creating the ultimate tender chicken thigh dish. Make sure to serve with a loaf of bread to soak up the all delicious sauce. INGREDIENTS
- 4 pounds boneless skinless chicken thighs
- 3-4 large bell peppers - used red and green - sliced
- 8 ounces (about 1/3 of a standard can of plum tomatoes) hand crushed plum tomatoes
- 3-4 cloves of garlic - sliced
- Salt and pepper - to taste
- 1/3 cup dry White wine
- 1/4 cup olive oil - for frying
- 1/4 cup Fresh basil - optional
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Season chicken with salt and pepper and sear until brown on both sides (about 3-4 minutes per side) in a large ovenproof pan over medium heat in a few tablespoons of olive oil.
2. Set cooked chicken aside and season a bit more with more kosher salt. Add the garlic to the pan. Cook for a minute until fragrant then add in all the peppers and stir to coat. If needed add a bit more olive oil to the pan.
3. Next add the white wine to the pan and cook for 3 minutes over medium-high heat until completely evaporated.
4. Next, add the tomatoes to the pan and stir together. Bring to a simmer then add in all the chicken. Mix well to coat the chicken with the tomatoes.
5. Lightly cover the pan (leave it cracked open) and place in a 325f oven to cook. After 30 minutes check on the chicken and if there is too much liquid remove the cover and continue to cook for another 30 minutes until the chicken absorbs most of the tomatoes and the peppers are very soft.
6. To crisp up the chicken a bit broil for the last 5 minutes.
7. Remove the chicken from the oven and if there is still too much liquid cook over medium-high heat to reduce a bit more. Taste test the chicken and sauce and make any final adjustments to seasoning if required. Finish with fresh basil and serve with crusty Italian bread to mop up all the sauce and peppers. Enjoy!

INGREDIENTS :-
1 kg chicken thigh fillets
5 cloves garlic, peeled
1 tbsp minced ginger
2 tbsp Sesame oil
3 cm piece cinnamon stick
2 green cardamom pods, cracked
2 white onions, finely diced
2 ripe tomatoes, diced
Salt as Taste,
Pepper masala
3 tsp fennel seeds
3 tsp cumin seeds
3 tsp coriander seeds
1 tbsp black peppercorns
4small dried red chilies
Instructions:-
1.To make the pepper masala, dry-roast the spices over a gentle heat. Cool, then grind to a fine powder. Store in an airtight container and use as required.
2. Using a mortar and pestle, pound the garlic and ginger to a smooth paste.
3. Heat the oil in a wide, heavy-based saucepan and fry the cinnamon and cardamom over a medium heat for 30 seconds until fragrant. Add the onion and stir over a high heat until golden, about 4 minutes. Add half the pepper masala and stir until fragrant. Add the ginger garlic paste and the tomato and fry for a few minutes, then season with the salt and cook, stirring, for another minute or so.
4. Add the chicken pieces and stir to coat in the aromatics. Fry for 3−4 minutes until the chicken is beginning to colour. Add 1 cup (250 ml) water, then cover the pan with a tight-fitting lid. Reduce the heat and simmer for 20 minutes or until most of the liquid has been absorbed and the chicken is cooked and tender.
5. Remove from the heat and check the seasoning. Serve with Parotta, appam (steamed rice pancakes) or steamed rice.

-Soy sauce 3 tbs
-Oyster sauce 2 tbs
-Sirka (Vinegar) 1 tbs
-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed 2 tsp
-Safed mirch powder (White pepper powder) 1 tsp
-Chicken boneless cubes 500 gms
-Corn flour 1 tbs
-Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) ½ tsp
-Oil 3-4 tbs
-Pyaz (Onion) diced 1 medium
-Red bell pepper diced 1 small
-Shimla mirch (Capsicum) diced 1 medium
-Lehsan (Garlic) crushed 1 tsp
-Yakhni (Chicken stock) ¼ Cup
-Hara pyaz (Green onion) chopped 2-3 tbs
-Namak (Salt) to taste (if required)
Directions:
For Sauce:
-In bowl,add soy sauce,oyster sauce,vinegar,black pepper crushed,white pepper powder,mix well & set aside.
-In bowl,add chicken boneless cubes,corn flour,garlic powder,mix well and marinate for 15 minutes.
-In a wok,add oil and marinated chicken,cook until chicken is golden and set aside.
-In the same wok,add onion,red bell pepper,capsicum and sauté for 1-2 minutes and set aside.
-In wok,add garlic crushed and mix,add prepared sauce,chicken stock and cook for 1-2 minutes.
-Add fried chicken and mix.
-Add stir-fried vegetables and mix well.
-Add green onion,sprinkle salt and mix well,serve with rice.
