How To make Chicken Tequilla
1 c Strong chicken stock
9 oz Whole tomatoes (undrained)
3 Cloves garlic; minced
2 Boneless chicken breasts
1/2 c Tequilla
1 Juice from two limes
Heavy dash cayenne pepper 1 ts Chili powder
1 ts Cumin
1/2 ts Coriander
Salt to taste Olive oil Simmer the chicken breasts in the stock, until tender. Remove and cube. Set aside, reserving stock. Saute' the garlic in olive oil. Add tomatoes (breaking up) and the remaining ingredients; simmer, covered 1/2 hour. Add chicken and re-heat. Toss with cooked noodles. If sauce becomes too thick, add the chicken stock. 3 tbsp cilantro, chopped
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp minced garlic
4 tbsp vegetable oil
1/2 cup tequila
Big pinch of salt and pepper
2 tbsp Mexican seasoning
4 limes, juiced, with 2 of the limes zested
1 orange, juiced
2 tbsp agave syrup (can substitute honey)

Tequila Lime Chicken

Ingredients
1/2 cup gold tequila
1 cup freshly squeezed lime juice (5 to 6 limes)
1/2 cup freshly squeezed orange juice (2 oranges)
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 tablespoon minced fresh jalapeno pepper (1 pepper seeded)
1 tablespoon minced fresh garlic (3 cloves)
2 teaspoons kosher salt
1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
3 whole (6 split) boneless chicken breasts, skin on
Directions
Combine the tequila, lime juice, orange juice, chili powder, jalapeno pepper, garlic, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Add the chicken breasts. Refrigerate overnight.
Heat a grill with coals and brush the rack with oil to prevent the chicken from sticking. Remove the chicken breasts from the marinade, sprinkle well with salt and pepper, and grill them skin-side down for about 5 minutes, until nicely browned. Turn the chicken and cook for another 10 minutes, until just cooked through. Remove from the grill to a plate. Cover tightly and allow to rest for 5 minutes. Serve hot or at room temperature.

Tequila Lime Chicken is my go to grilled chicken recipe. It is so versatile, and can be used in salads, quesadillas, tacos, as an entree and so much more.
Tequila Lime Marinade;
-1 cup lime juice
-1/2 cup orange juice
-2 tablespoons minced garlic
-2 tablespoons minced cilantro
-2 tablespoons honey
-2 tablespoons brown sugar
-1 jalapeno diced
-1 shallot minced
-2 teaspoons salt and 1 teaspoon pepper
-3 tablespoons oil
-1/4 tequila
Mix all together. Enough marinade for 24 chicken breasts.
