INGREDIENTS:
(Makes 2 servings)
(Stuffed Chicken)
Chicken Breast (2 pieces)
Cream Cheese (2 tbsp)
Cheddar Cheese (1/2 cup)
Mozzarella Cheese (1/2 cup)
Garlic (3 cloves minced)
Salt (1 tsp)
Pepper (1 tsp)
Cayenne chilli (1/2 tsp)
Oregano (2 tsp)
Flour (1/2 cup)
Eggs (2)
Breadcrumbs (3 cups)
Oil (1.5 liters)
(Mashed Potatoes)
Potatoes (250g / 3 large)
Butter (4 tbsp)
Milk (1 cup)
Salt (to taste)
(Creamy Pan Sauce)
Oil (2 tbsp)
Onion (1/2 diced)
Garlic (3 cloves minced)
Chicken Stock (1 cup)
Soy Sauce (2 tbsp)
Worcestershire Sauce (1 tbsp)
Vinegar (1/2 tbsp)
Cream (4 tbsp)
Salt (to taste)
Pepper (to taste)
DIRECTIONS:
Stuffed Chicken:
1. Take your chicken breasts and butterfly them by cutting them through the middle but not all the way through and then open them like a book.
2. Cover with cling film or foil and using a rolling pin, flatten out the breasts till they're the same even thickness.
3. Mix all the ingredients of your filling together in a bowl until it becomes a nice thick paste.
4. Salt both sides generously and then layer on your filling in a tube shape. Grab both ends of your chicken and roll it like a burrito.
5. Place the rolled chicken onto more cling film or foil and wrap opposing ends onto it. Then grab the exposed ends and roll it onto your counter to tighten up. Repeat for the other breast and place in the freezer for around 45 minutes.
6. Place your oil on the heat ad start breading your chicken.
7. Place your meat cylinders in flour, then egg, then the breadcrumbs. You can double-coat again with egg and bread crumbs if you want.
8. Drop your chicken into the oil and fry on each side for around 6 minutes.
9. When the color is nice and deep golden brown, remove onto a baking tray, and place in a preheated oven for around 10 minutes.
10. Remove and let it rest for at least 5 minutes before cutting.
Mashed Potatoes:
1. Peel and cut your potatoes into chunks and place them in a pot with cold water.
2. Turn the heat up high and boil your potatoes for around 10 minutes or until they are easily pierced with a knife.
3. Drain them and pass them through a fine mesh sieve using a spatula.
4. Add butter, , milk and salt and mix thoroughly to combine.
Creamy Pan Sauce:
1. Put your oil in a pan and add your onions and then your garlic.
2. Add your stock after cooking the onions and garlic for a minute.
3. Add your sauces and vinegar next and turn the heat up to high.
4. Reduce the mixture till a spatula can easily scrape the bottom and then add your cream and season to taste with salt and pepper.

Bacon Wrapped Stuffed Chicken BreasT| Stuffed Chicken Breast With Spinach And Cream Cheese
Today I'm going to show you all how to make bacon wrapped stuffed chicken breast. This easy recipe for bacon wrapped stuffed chicken breast is a quick and easy one pan meal that’s sure to please any crowd! The chicken is stuffed also can be done in an air fryer with an incredible combination of cream cheese, spinach, mozzarella and bacon you can't go wrong with this Stuffed Chicken Recipe.
I'm using Philadelphia cream cheese with frozen spinach to make the filling which gives the chicken so much flavor and make the chicken extra juicy when you cut it. Feel free to use any type of cheese you like such as Parmesan cheese, feta, Gouda cheese which ever you prefer.
Ingredients!!
Filling
3 tbsp frozen spinach
1/3 cup cream cheese
1 handful mozzarella
1 tsp Italian seasoning
bacon
Chicken Breast
1 boneless skinless chicken breast
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1 tsp paprika
1 tbsp cajun seasoning
1/3 tsp garlic
salt to taste
1 tbsp oil
3-4 bacon strips
Bake on 350 for 20-25 minutes

Chicken Bread
Recipe in English:
Ingredients:
Dough:
-Maida (Flour) 2 cups
-Khameer (Yeast) instant 1 & ½ tsp
-Cheeni (Sugar) 1 & ½ tsp
-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp
-Doodh (Milk) room temp ¼ cup
-Oil 5-6 tbs
-Pani (Water) warm 5-6 tbs or as required
Chicken filling:
-Makhan (Butter) 2 tbs
-Pyaz (Onion) Chopped 2 tbs
-Maida (All-purpose flour) ¼ cup
-Doodh (Milk) 1 cup
-Kali mirch powder (black pepper powder) ½ tsp
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp
-Chicken Boiled & shredded 1 & ½ cup
-Dhania (Green coriander) 2 tbs
-Shimla mirch (Capsicum) 2 tbs
-Zaitoon (Olives) 2 tbs
Assembling:
-Chicken filling
- Anda (Egg) 1+ Doodh (Milk) 1 tsp
- Kalonji (nigella seeds) as required
- Safed til (sesame seeds) as required
Directions:
Dough:
-In bowl, add all-purpose flour,instant yeast,sugar and salt,mix well.
-Make a well,add milk and gradually add oil and mix it with the help of hands.
-Add warm water (as required), mix and knead well until all ingredients are combined.
-Take dough,punch and knead it again and grease the dough with oil.
-Cover and leave the dough for 1 & 1 ½ hour in a warm place.
-Knead dough again,cover and rest again for 30 minutes.
-Bread dough is ready.
Chicken filling:
-Boil the chicken with salt and black pepper powder, shredded and set aside.
-In wok,add butter,let it melt then add onion and sauté little.
-Add all-purpose flour and sauté until its color changes.
-Remove from heat,add milk,whisk continuously to avoid any lumps formation.
-Bring back on heat,add black pepper powder, salt and mix it.
-Add boiled and shredded chicken,green coriander,capsicum,olives and mix well.
-In filling, you can use vegetables or mince (any of your choice).
Assembling:
-Roll out the dough into a rectangular shape with the help of rolling pin.
-Place the filling in the center of the dough.
-Make slits/cuts with the help of knife on both of the longer sides.
-Start bringing the top most slit ends across from each other alternately.
-Keep going, remember to alternate,left to right and right to left.
-Put dough in a baking tray, apply egg-wash,sprinkle nigella and sesame seeds then bake in a preheated oven at 180 C for about 20-25 minutes.
-Serve hot.
(Egg-wash means to beat an egg with a tbs. of milk then brush it all over your bread)

-Garha bana ker doodh aur thora thora ker ka oil daltay rahein aur haathon ki madad sa mix ker lein.
-Neem garam pani shamil kertay jayein aur maida ko ghond lein yahan tak ka tamam ajza combine ho jayein.
-Dough ko punch mar ker ache tarhan ghond lein aur oil sa grease ker lein.
-Dhak ker dough ko 1 & ½ hour kliya garam jagha per rakh dein.
-Dough ko dubara ghond lein,dhak ker dubara 30 minute kliya rakh dein.
-Bread dough tayar hai.
Chicken filling:
-Chicken ko namak and kali mirch dal ker boil kar len aur resha ker ka side per rakh den.
-Karhai mein makhan dal ker melt ker lein,pyaz dal ker halka sa sauté ker len.
-Maida dal ker rang tabdeel hunay tak saute ker len.
-Chulhay sa hata ker doodh shamil karein aur musalsal whisk kertay rahein ta ka koi lump na banay.
-Chulhay per dubara rakh ker kali mirch powder aur namak dal ker mix ker lein.
-Chicken boiled & shredded,hara dhania,shimla mirch aur zaitoon dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Filling mein apni marzi ki sabzian ya qeema bhi shamil ker saktay han.
Assembling:
-Dough ko rolling pin ki madad sa rectangular shape may bail lein.
-Filling ko dough ki center mein rakh dein.
-Dough ki dono sides per knife ki madad se slits/cuts laga lein.
-Ab ek ek ker ka slit ends ko ek dosray per alternatively overlap ker lein.
-Left sa right aur right sa left overlap ker lein.
-Dough ko baking tary per rakh ker egg sa wash ker len,kalonji aur safed til sprinkle ker len aur preheated oven mein 20-25 minute kliya bake ker len.
-Garam serve karein.
