1 cup pineapple juice 1/2 cup olive oil 6 ounces balsamic vinegar 2 teaspoons minced garlic 2 teaspoons chopped basil 2 teaspoons chopped rosemary 2 teaspoons chopped cilantro 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes 6 boneless chicken breasts Directions: Mix all ingredients together in a bowl with a wire whisk. Roll of Stefani Silly Cooking
Hello everyone, I decided to make from scratch a Roll of Stefani that a friend of our told us that afternoon. I got the ingredients and right away I want it to do it. This is casual nothing was practice. However, the goof came amazing. It is for sure a dish that you do it for a big group. This is a Bulgarian dish, however; in Venezuela we have a similar one that is call Muchacho Relleno - instead of ground beef you use normal beef. Stefani Roll
Prepare this delicious meatloaf/roll dish for a special occasion or just for your culinary pleasure... :)

Ingredients:
Ground Meat - 500gr / 1lb 1.6370oz Onion - 1 Hot-dog Sausages - 2 Eggs - 3 Pickles - Depends, see the video for info Carrot - 1 Parsley - 2 teaspoons Ground Cheese - 2-3 tablespoons Breadcrumbs - 5 tablespoons

Bulgarian MEATLOAF || Rulo Stefani
Today I will share with a meatloaf recipe inspired by Traditional Bulgarian cuisine! Enjoy!
THE BEEF 00:23 500 gr. beef, preferably less lean. If you don't have the option to grind the meat yourself, you can always buy one from the store and add chopped onions and garlic. add 1 egg to the ground beef add 1 tbsp cumin powder add 1 tbsp paprika add 1 tbsp bbq seasoning (optional) add 1 tsp salt mix it all together and let it stay for about 10-15 min to allow it to season.
THE STUFFING 00:46 1 CARROT cut into stripes 10 pitted kalamata olives (you can also use black pitted olives )cut into stripes 2 pickles cut into stripes 2 large potatoes cut into cubes (for the potato sauce, you can skip that if you don't wish to make potato sauce) 2 hard boiled eggs cut into stripes (4 pieces per egg) For the stuffing you can also use bell peppers, and even add a little bit of cheese! 1 fresh rosemary sprig (gives the potatoes great taste) 1-2 bay leaf make sure to remove them both half way thru the cooking process in order to avoid bitter taste.

tips: make sure that you give the meat time to season (leave it for about 10-15 min before making the meat loaf) make sure the eggs are hard-boiled; you can also cut the veggies into cube, however cutting into stripes gives the meatloaf great presentation; make sure to remove the fresh rosemary and the bay leaf half way thru cooking, use gloves and be careful, because it will be hot.
