Slow Cooker Crack Chicken
SLOW COOKER CRACK CHICKEN
Adapted from Cookie and Cups:
RECIPE:
INGREDIENTS:
2 lbs. boneless skinless chicken thighs (trim off excess fat if desired)
1 oz. packet ranch seasoning mix
16 oz. cream cheese
8 slices bacon (sliced, cooked and drained)
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup sliced green onions
SLOW COOKER SIZE:
4 quart or larger
INSTRUCTIONS:
Add the chicken thighs to the slow cooker. Sprinkle over the ranch seasoning mix. Place the cream cheese on top of the chicken.
Cover and cook on LOW for 7 hours without opening the lid during the cooking time.
Shred the chicken with 2 forks right in the slow cooker. Stir the cream cheese and bacon into the shredded chicken. Spread out into an even layer. Sprinkle over the cheese. Cover for 10 more minutes to allow the cheese to melt.
Serve over rice and sprinkle over the green onions. Enjoy!

????Crock Pot Marry Me Chicken Recipe:
-1 1/2 lbs. Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast
-1 1/2 Cups of Chicken Broth
-3 Tbsp Corn Starch
-1 Cup Heavy Cream
-1/4 Cup Parmesan Cheese
-1 Tbsp Minced Garlic
-1 tsp Onion Powder
-pinch of Red Pepper Flakes
-3/4 tsp Salt
-3/4 tsp Pepper
-2 tsp Paprika
-1 1/2 Tbsp Italian Seasoning
-1/3 Cup Sun Dried Tomatoes (chopped)
-4 Tbsp Butter
***Add chicken Breast to Crockpot. In a bowl or lg. measuring cup, mix together Chicken Broth and corn starch, until no lump remain. pour mixture over chicken. Then add remaining ingredients into the crockpot. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours. Or on HIGH for 3-4 hours. Serve over Pasta, Rice or Mashed Potatoes. Enjoy!

-1/2 Diced Onion
-1 Cup Baby Carrots, cut into quarters
-3 Large Red Potatoes, diced
-1 Cup Frozen Green Beans
-3 Boneless Chicken Breast, cut in half
-1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
-1 Cup Sour Cream
-1 Cup of whole Milk
-3 tsp Italian Seasoning
-1 packet Ranch Seasoning Mix
-1/2tsp. Salt & 1/4tsp. Pepper, OR season to taste
***add all ingredients to a crockpot, then Cook on LOW for 6-8 hours, or until chicken is cooked through and veggies are tender. Remove Chicken, shred, then add back into the crockpot. Stir, then Serve and enjoy!

-3 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast
-2 to 3 breasts ( or thighs or both)
-1 can cream chicken
-1 can cream mushroom (I used another cream of Chicken for this)
-2 cans water
-2 (16oz.) packs Gnocchi
-1 tablespoon garlic powder OR webber garlic and herb seasoning (i used kinders garlic & herb)
-3 bouillon cubes or powder (i used 3 tsp. Better than boullion Chicken base)
***Cook the chicken with the soups, seasoning, water and bouillon for about 5 hrs on high.
Shred chicken and put back in pot. Add gnocchi, turn heat to LOW, stir well. Let sit 15-30 minutes, or until your gnocchi is tender.
Add salt and pepper to taste.

Chicken with vegetables (Crockpot)
INGREDIENTS
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 pound red potatoes, halved
1 pound baby carrots
1 pound green beans, trimmed
1 cup reduced sodium soy sauce
1/2 cup honey
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon dried basil
½ teaspoon dried oregano
¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
Put chicken breasts, potatoes and carrots in a 6-7 quart slow cooker.
In a separate bowl whisk together soy sauce, honey, garlic, basil, oregano and pepper.
Pour the soy sauce mixture over the chicken and vegetables. Cook on low for 7-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours. Add the green beans during the last 30 minutes of cooking time.
