How To make Chicken In Sun Dried Tomato Cream Sauce
1/2 c Dry-packed sun-dried
-tomatoes 1 tb Butter
1 md Garlic clove, minced
1 c Chicken stock or low-salt
-broth, divided 1 c Heavy cream
1 lb Boneless and skinless
-chicken breast halves Salt and freshly ground -black pepper to taste 2 tb Vegetable oil
2 tb Chopped fresh basil (or 2
-tsp dried, crumbled) 8 oz Fettucine
Snip the tomatoes into bite-size pieces. Melt the butter in a saucepan over low heat; add the garlic and cook for 30 seconds. Add 3/4 cup of the stock and the tomatoes. Bring to a boil. Reduce the heat and simmer, uncovered, over medium heat for about 10 minutes or until the tomatoes are tender. Add the cream and bring to a boil, stirring. Simmer over medium heat until the sauce is thick enough to coat the back of a spoon. (The sauce can be kept, covered, for 1 day in the refrigerator. Heat again over low heat.) Sprinkle the chicken with salt and pepper on both sides. Heat the oil in a large, heavy skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and saute, pressing on the chicken occasionally with a slotted spatula, for about 4 minutes per side or until the meat feels springy and is no longer pink inside (cut to check). Transfer to a board; cover and keep warm. Discard the fat from the skillet. Add the remaining stock and bring to a boil, stirring up the pan juices. Boil to reduce slightly, then add to the sauce. Stir in the basil. Taste and adjust the seasoning. Meanwhile, cook the pasta, uncovered, in a large port of boiling salted water over high heat, stirring occasionally (about 1 to 2 minutes for fresh or 3 to 5 minutes for dried fettucine), or until tender but firm to the bite (al dente). Drain, transfer to bowl and toss with 3 or 4 tablespoons of the sauce. Cut each chicken breasts into 2 or 3 diagonal slices. Reheat gently in the sauce if needed. Transfer the pasta to serving plates, top with the chicken and coat with sauce.

Creamy Tuscan Chicken ????
4-6 bone in chicken thighs
1.5 Tbsp flour
Spice rub:
2 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp cayenne pepper
@osmosalt to taste (I did 2 tsp)
Sauce:
1 white onion
5-10 garlic cloves
4 sun dried tomatoes
8 oz heavy cream
2 oz Parmesan cheese
Add 1 cup cherry tomatoes, and 1-2 cups spinach
Allow to simmer in the sauce for at least 30-40 minutes until the chicken is cooked through. This is very important.
Give the sauce a taste, and re-season as needed. If it’s bland, it needs more salt????

This CREAMY TUSCAN CHICKEN is a wow-worthy dinner recipe with Mediterranean flair!
This creamy Tuscan chicken recipe is a dinner recipe winner! Juicy chicken breasts are seasoned with Italian spices and seared until golden, then simmered in the most luxurious cream sauce filled with parmesan cheese, sun-dried tomatoes, onions and plenty of spinach.
It’s a spin on a classic Italian Florentine sauce, which is made from white wine, cream, and spinach. Then it was given a Tuscan twist by adding garlic and sun-dried tomatoes to the warm cream and spinach base. But what really popularized this dish (at least in America) was Olive Garden’s Tuscan Garlic Chicken, a dish with a similar flavor profile.
Either way, I’m glad this Tuscan chicken became a trend because it’s literally the best thing ever. Especially when you’re craving something rich and cheesy, with a Mediterranean flair. It's an (almost) 30-minute, one-pan meal that I know you're gonna love. And while I'm making the classic version today, I'll also show you how to make this recipe dairy-free (it's naturally gluten-free). Click through to the recipe below for more details!

Chicken in Sun Dried Tomato Cream sauce
Got this from this Buzz Feed thing on Facebook called Tasty I added mushrooms, and after thinking about it I should have added onions too! Here is a recipe if you want to do this at home! You Will Need:
6 bone in skin on Chicken Thighs
Some salt and pepper (I use Slap Ya Mama)
1 cup of heavy cream
1 cup chicken broth or stock
1 jar of sun dried tomatoes
some mushrooms
some basil
some rosemary
about 6 cloves of garlic chopped
Brown the chicken in an oven safe skillet, remove the almost cooked chicken and drain the fat from the pan.Add the cream and stock and the rest of the ingreedients, put back the chicken and put the whole thing into an oven or cover the grill, and cook for another 45 minutes at around 350 to 400 degrees. Eat and enjoy!
