A very popular party snack we goans just love. This is my version of the recipe. hope you like it.
Chicken Canapes Recipe Ingredients: 3 tbsp thick hung curd 1 tbsp cream cheese / cheese spread Salt to taste 1 tsp sugar ¼ tsp ginger garlic paste 1 small onion finely chopped ½ capsicum finely chopped 1 spring onion finely chopped 150 gms boiled chicken Black pepper powder as per liking Store bought canapes Chilli sauce (optional)
Preparation: In a bowl, add curd, cheese, salt, sugar and ginger garlic paste and mix well. Keep it aside for 15 mins. Then add cut vegetables. Chop boiled chicken into small pieces and add it to the mixture. Combine the mixture well. Place the canapes in a serving platter. And fill it with chicken mixture. To some extra kick of flavours, add a dash of chilli sauce (this step is completely optional). Chicken Canapes are ready to serve. Music credit: bensound.com
