How To make Chicken Broccoli Pie
3 c Shredded Cheddar cheese
(12 oz.) 1 1/2 c Cut-up cooked chicken
2/3 c Finely chopped onion
1 pk (10 oz) frozen chopped
Broccoli, thawed and Drained 1 1/3 c Milk
3 Eggs
3/4 c Bisquick baking mix
1/4 ts Pepper
1/8 ts Dried thyme leaves
Heat oven to 400 degrees.Mix 2 cups of the cheese,chicken,onion and broccoli in greased pie plate,10 x 1 1/2". Beat remaining ingredients except cheese with wire whisk or hand beater until almost smooth,about 1 minute.Pour into plate. Bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean,25 to 30 minutes Top with remaining cheese.Bake just until melted,1 or 2 minutes.Cool 5 minutes.Serves 6 to 8.

Impossibly Easy Chicken and Broccoli Pie

1(9 oz)frozen broccoli cuts, thawed, drained (or 1 1/2 cup cooked brocoli)
1 1/2cups shredded Cheddar cheese
2cups cut-up cooked chicken
1medium onion, chopped (2/3 cup)
3/4cup Original Bisquick® mix
1 1/2 cup milk
1/2teaspoon salt
1/4teaspoon pepper

1.Heat oven to 400°F. Spray 9-inch glass pie plate with cooking spray. Sprinkle broccoli, the cheese, the chicken and onion in pie plate.
2.In medium bowl, stir remaining ingredients with wire whisk or fork until blended. Pour into pie plate.
3.Bake 35 to 38 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
High Altitude (3500-6500 ft): Bake 35 to 40 minutes.

Ingredients
3 boneless skinless chicken breasts split in half
2 cups broccoli
1 cup fresh spinach
1 box rigatoni pasta
1 medium yellow onion, diced
6 cloves garlic, minced
1 quart chicken broth
2 1/2 cups heavy cream
4 tbsp unsalted butter, divided (2 Tbsp each)
3 Tbsl all purpose flour
Garlic and herb seasoning
All purpose seasoning
Smoked paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
1 cup mozzarella cheese
1 cup pepper Jack or Monterey Jack cheese
1 cup fresh shredded Parmesan cheese
Fresh chopped parsley for garnish

Creamy Chicken and Broccoli Pie recipe | Morrisons
A delicious and hearty winter pie which is very easy to make and will satisfy the hungriest mouths!
Serves 8
Prep 30 mins
Cook 35 mins
Ingredients
• 1 tbsp sunflower oil
• 4 skinless chicken breasts,
diced
• 250g shallots, peeled, and
halved if large
• 1 tsp dried tarragon
• 30g sunflower spread
• 30g plain flour, plus extra for
dusting
• 400ml chicken stock, made
from a cube
• 200ml Elmlea Single Light
• 400g broccoli, divided into
small florets
• 300g puff pastry
• beaten egg or milk to glaze
1 Preheat the oven to 200°C/400°F/Gas 6. Heat the oil in
a large non-stick frying pan, add the chicken and shallots
and cook on a high heat until the chicken is sealed and
has taken on some colour. Add the tarragon.
2 Melt the sunflower spread in a pan and stir in the flour.
Cook for 1 minute then gradually whisk in the stock,
stirring until you have a smooth, thick sauce. Add to the
chicken along with the Elmlea and stir well.
3 Meanwhile, boil the broccoli for 3 minutes. Drain and
add to the chicken mixture. Spoon the filling into a large
pie dish with a lip.
4 Roll out the pastry on a lightly floured surface so it
is slightly larger than the dish. Cut a thin strip of pastry
from around the edge, dampen and press down onto
the lip of the dish. Moisten the pastry strip with water,
place the pastry lid on top and press down well. Trim the
edges. Re-roll any pastry trimmings and cut out leaves to
decorate.
5 Brush the pie with beaten egg or milk to glaze and bake
for 35 minutes until piping hot and the pastry is well risen
and golden.
