How To make Chicken Broccoli Pockets

1 26 ounces ca Cream of chicken soup
8 cups chopped cooked chicken
8 cups chopped broccoli* -- fresh or frozen
4 cups Mozzerella cheese
1 cup chopped Onion
Bread dough recipe
* cook if fresh, thaw if frozen Mix all ingredients. Divide into 4 freezer bags placing about 4 cups of mixture into each bag. Freeze. (At this point I will o ften bake one batch and flash freeze for quick lunches or snacks -to serve micr owave on defrost until done. My dh likes these in his lunch. The other three ba tches I freeze in bags to cook up another day.)
