How To make Lemon Broccoli Chicken
4 Skinless, boneless chicken
-breast halves 1 cn Cream of broccoli soup
1/4 c Milk
1/8 ts Pepper
1 Lemon
1 tb Vegetable oil
1. Cut 4 thin lemon sclices; squeeze teaspoons juice from remaining lemon.
Set aside. 2. In skillet, in hot oil, cook chicken 10 minutes or until browned.
Remove; set aside. Spoon of fat. 3. In skillet, combine coup; milk, reserved lemon juice and pepper.
Return chicken to skillet; top with lemon slices. 4. Cover, cook over low heat 5 minutes or until chicken is no longer
pink, stirring often. Garnish with fresh thyme.

Quick and Easy Creamy Garlic Chicken and Broccoli Recipe

Creamy garlic chicken and broccoli
Ingredients:
Chicken breast
Broccoli
Onion
Minced Garlic
Olive oil
Chicken broth
Heavy whipping cream
Lemon
Corn starch
Season all
Garlic powder
Onion powder
Black pepper
Cayenne pepper
Paprika
Parsley
Directions:
1. Split chicken breasts in halves.
2. Season chicken to taste.
3. Dice half of onion.
4. Chop and separate broccoli.
5. Cut one lemon in half.
6. Heat up a skillet and coat in olive oil. Grill chicken on each side for approximately 4-5 minutes or until fully cooked.
7. Place chicken to the side.
8. In a separate skillet, add a generous amount of olive oil, about 1/4 cup of water and sauté broccoli for about 4 mins.
9. Place broccoli to the side.
10. In the same skillet add a generous amount of olive oil. Sauté onions until they are translucent. Add in garlic and sauté for about 2 mins.
11. Add 1/2 cup of chicken broth, 1 1/2 of heavy whipping cream, season to taste, squeeze one half of lemon, and add corn starch slurry (2 tbsp of cornstarch + 2 tbsp water).
12. Add broccoli and chicken to cream sauce.
13. Simmer for 5 mins.
14. Enjoy.

This super easy and delicious Chinese broccoli and chicken recipe is one of my favorite quick chicken dinner recipes. I usually make a large batch of this dish as the leftover tastes even better and it works great with rice, vermicelli noodles or as a lettuce wrap filling.
Chicken and Broccoli:
Ingredients:
1 lb/450 g boneless chicken
1 small head of broccoli
5-6 cloves of garlic
1 tsp minced ginger
1 green onion
3 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp honey
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tbsp cornstarch
1 cup chicken broth/stock
Cooking oil and salt as needed
Tips:
• Keep in mind that salt has been added to chicken and broccoli before adding too much salt to the sauce. You can always add more salt but cant remove it
• If it ends up being too salty, add some sugar to balance it out
• If you want it less saucy, reduce chicken stock to 1/2 cup
• No oyster sauce?
Replace with 2 tsp soy sauce + 2 tsp sugar
• No chicken stock/broth?
Replace with water or use bouillon cube
• No fresh garlic or ginger?
Replace with 1 tsp garlic powder and 1/2 tsp ginger powder. Add it to the sauce mix
• No honey?
Replace with sugar, maple syrup or any other sweetener
