4 Chicken breasts boneless, -skinless 3/4 t Salt 3/4 t Pepper 2 c Sauerkraut washed & drained 4 Provolone cheese slices 4 T Russian dressing(low cal) Preheat oven to 350 deg. F. Spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray and set chiucken in bottom. Sprinkle with salt & pepper. Spread the sauerkraut over each piece of chicken, top with a slice of the provolone,and cover with the Russian dressing. Cover dish with aluminum foil and bake until chicken is tender, approx. 15-20 minutes. **NOTE** Use the sauerkraut that comes packaged in the plastic bags or in the glass jars. How to Make Fluffy Dumplings
This recipe makes the most delicate, fluffy dumpling ever. I've used this recipe for over 50 years and my mother used it before that!
Chicken & dumplings can totally be made from food storage if you store: - canned or freeze dried chicken and broth - dry milk - dehydrated carrots, onions and celery - and typical pantry staples
FLUFFY DUMPLINGS 1 cup all purpose flour 1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes (optional) 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder 1/2 teaspoon salt 2 tablespoons chicken fat (or oil) 1/2 cup milk
Combine dry ingredients in bowl. Stir to combine. Add fat and milk. Stir just until all dry ingredients are incorporated. Drop by heaping tablespoons into simmering broth. Cover and cook 10 minutes. Gently turn dumplings. Replace lid and cook another 2-3 minutes. Serve piping hot. Enjoy!

How To Make Bisquick Dumplings That Don't Fall Apart And Thicken Your Soup!
Dumpling Recipe whisk in bowl 1 egg Then add 1/3 cup milk Now add 1 and 1/3 cup Bisquick and fold until just mixed do not over mix Now adjust soup or chicken stock so it is just simmering Spoon gently into soup or chicken broth Cook for 10 minutes uncovered then cover and cook another 10 minutes Remove 1 dumpling and cut and check to see if thoroughly cooked if not cover and cook another 5 minutes. ENJOY!
