How To make Short Ribs with Kraut
Short Ribs Sauerkraut
Jar Or Plastic Granny Smith Apple Onion Garlic Caraway seeds Brown Sugar :

Sorry about the lack of measurements. This can be done in the crockpot, oven or on top of the stove.
Parbroil the ribs.
Drain the kraut and rinse under cold water. Slice the apple and onion; mince the garlic. Mix the kraut, apple, onion, garlic, caraway seeds and brown sugar (if using) together. Put in a large baking dish and top with ribs. Bake until the apple and onion are tender. If using a crockpot, mix all ingredients together and cook on low for about 8 hours. If doing on top of the stove, mix all together and simmer covered over medium-low heat until the apples and onions are tender.

Welcome back to another video today we are making Country Style ribs and sauerkraut. For those who do not like sauerkraut I think you'll love this. What we do is put flavor into the sauerkraut to balance out the flavor, so it's a mild flavor. The entire meal is delicious! This is a must try recipe. COOKER RIBS, POTATOES AND SAUERKRAUT and RIBS CORNBREAD

Ingredients:
Pork Country style ribs (for your local store)
Paprika (1/2 tablespoon)
Black Pepper (1 teaspoon)
Garlic Powder (1/2 tablespoon)
Seasoning Salt (1/2 teaspoon)
1 Garlic Clove
2-4 cup of water
2 bags of store bought sauerkraut

You'll Never Make Country Style Ribs Any Other Way
Just add an easy spice rub and a brush of barbecue sauce.
Ingredients!
2 lbs. country style ribs
1 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. tsp. smoked paprika
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 tsp cayenne pepper
2 tbsps. yellow mustard
1 cub Jack Daniel's Honey bbq sauce
1/3 cup honey
4 tbsps. unsalted butter
Bake for 2 hour on 300 degrees
