How To make Chicken& Broccoli Au Gratin
1/4 c Butter
1/4 c Onion, chpd
1/4 c Flour
1 t Salt
1 t Pepper
1 cn Evaporated milk, lg
1 pk Froz broccoli spears, cooked
1 Chicken, cooked, cubed
1 c Cheese, shredded
Saute onion in margarine; stir in flour, salt and pepper. Drain mushrooms, reserving liquid; add water to make 1/2 cup liquid. Gradually stir into flour mixture in skillet. Blend in milk until smooth. Add mushrooms. Cook and stir over medium heat until sauce begins to thicken. Arrange a layer of chicken with the broccoli spears on top in a 9x13 baking dish. Pour sauce over chicken and broccoli. Top with cheese. Bake 375 for 20 min. Let sit 15 min before serving.

Broccoli is one of the best vegetables to eat by every keto-er. It is a superfood that should be a staple on the keto diet. Packed with vitamins and essential nutrients, this dish is perfect to be consumed at any time of the day.
Ingredients:
150 grams Chicken Breast, cooked
100 grams Broccoli Florets
2 Tbsp Red Onions, chopped
1 Tbsp Parsley, chopped
⅛ tsp Garlic Powder
⅛ tsp Dried Oregano
1 slice Bacon, cooked
30 grams of Cream Cheese
1 Tbsp Sour Cream
1 Tbsp Mayonnaise
2 Tbsp Parmesan Cheese
¼ cup Chicken Stock
Salt, to taste
Procedure:
1. Prepare all the ingredients.
2. Heat a non-stick skillet and add olive oil.
3. Add the cooked chicken slices.
4. Add the broccoli florets.
5. Add the red onions and cook until translucent and broccoli is tender.
6. Add parsley and season it with garlic powder and dried oregano.
7. Add the cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise.
8. Lastly, add chicken stock, parmesan cheese, and salt. Mix until well combined and serve.
