1/2 Margarine; melted 1 16 ozs wide noodles; cooked 4 Eggs; beaten 1/2 c Sugar 1 ts Vanilla extract 1 cn Crushed pineapple in juice
20 oz., drained 1 cn Cherry pie filling; 20 oz. Or 1 Jar Apricot preserves;10 oz ***** topping; ***** 1 c Corn flakes; lightly crushed 1 tb Sugar 1 ts Cinnamon Recipe by: Mimi Markofsky Lightly grease a 9 X13 baking dish. Preheat oven to 350^F. In a large mixing bowl, combine melted margarine with noodles; toss well to coat. Add eggs, sugar, vanilla and pineapple; mixing well. Pour 1/2 noodle mixture into prepared dish. Spread with either cherry pie filling or apricot preserves*. Cover with remaining noodle mixture. Lightly crush corn flakes and combine with sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle over top of kugel. Dot with margarine. Bake for 40 minutes or until golden. :

Ananas-Nuss-Kuchen

Zutaten:
Teig: 300g Roggenmehl 220g Butter 70g Puderzucker 1 Prise Salz 1 Msp. abgeriebene Schale von 1 Zitrone 1 Ei
Zubereitung: Das Roggenmehl mit Butterstücken, Puderzucker, Salz, Zitronenschale und dem Ei verkneten. Zu einer Kugel formen und in Klarsichtfolie wickeln. 1 Stunde kühl stellen.
Die Ananasscheiben abtropfen lassen und mit Zucker bestreuen. Die Cashewkerne grob hacken.
Den Teig auf ein mit Backpapier ausgelegtes Backblech verteilen. Die Ananasscheiben draufgeben und mit den gehackten Cashewkernen bestreue. Das Ganze im Backofen bei 180 Grad Umluft ca. 20 Minuten backen.
Den Puderzucker mit Zitronensaft mischen und den leicht ausgekühlten Kuchen damit bestreichen.

PREHEAT OVEN TO 350 DEGREES LIGHTLY OIL A 9X13 PYREX DISH
INGREDIENTS: 1 PKG MEDIUM EGG NOODLES 6 EGGS 1/4 CUP OF OIL 11/2 CUPS OF SUGAR 1 GRATED APPLE ( ANY KIND BUT PEEL IT) 1 TIN OF DOLE PINEAPPLE TID BITS 1 CUP RAISINS 1 CUP PEACHES ( CANNED OR FROZEN) 1 TBS OF VANILLA 2 TBS CINNAMON 2 TBS MARICHINO CHERRIES ( OPTIONAL) 11/2 CUPS CORNFKAKE CRUMBS ( YOU CAN BUY OR MAKE YOUR OWN) NUTS ( WE USED PECANS, ANY KIND OPTIONAL)
AFTER BOILING NOODLES, ALLOW TO COOL FOR A FEW MINUTES ADD 6 EGGS AND MIX BY HAND ADD SUGAR, VANILLA, OIL, PINEAPPLE, PEACHES, RAISINS, CINNAMON ( ADD ABOUT 1 TBS), CHERRIES
ADD TO PYREX DISH
TOPPING: IN A BOWL ADD CORNFKAKE CRUMBS, 1 TBS OF CINNAMON ( OR MORE BUT TASTE), AND 2 TBS SUGAR ( WHITE OR BROWN) MIX WELL AND SPRINKLE OVER NOODLES ADD NUTS ( OPTIONAL)
BAKE FOR 1 HOUR
